Apple’s September 2026 announcements identify it as an iCloud+ benefit in India, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco; availability elsewhere is not established by those announcements.
What Apple Music Select includes
Select provides curated stations that play continuously, so listeners can tune in without choosing individual tracks. Apple describes them as ad-free and programmed for “lean-back listening,” with music selected to suit local audiences. The station lineup can differ by country: examples in Apple’s announcements include Top Songs, 80s, and 90s.

That makes Select closer to curated radio than to an on-demand music library. It does not, on the evidence Apple describes, provide the full range of Apple Music’s individual-track selection and playback. Apple presents a separate Apple Music subscription as the route to the full on-demand experience.
