Primero, distingue dictado de transcripción
Dictar significa hablar directamente en un campo de texto para que aparezcan palabras mientras escribes. Transcribir significa grabar una nota o conversación —o importar un archivo de audio— y revisar su texto después. Notas de Voz puede mostrar el texto mientras grabas o después de terminar. Apple indica que puedes copiar la transcripción y buscar palabras dentro de ella. Para esta función, Apple señala como requisito un iPhone 12 o posterior; el español está entre los idiomas admitidos, aunque la disponibilidad puede estar limitada por región. Notas: audio y texto en el mismo lugar
En Notas puedes grabar audio dentro de una nota y conservar la transcripción con ese contenido. Apple indica que el dispositivo debe ser un iPhone 12 o posterior y que el idioma del iPhone debe estar entre los compatibles; el español figura entre ellos. Notta: archivos, edición y traducción
Notta puede ser una alternativa si tu flujo incluye importar grabaciones ya existentes o editar y traducir transcripciones. Según su ficha de App Store de EE. UU., el plan gratuito anuncia tres minutos de transcripción en tiempo real por grabación, mientras que Premium anuncia 1.800 minutos mensuales. Son condiciones publicadas por la ficha consultada el 7 de octubre de 2026, no una garantía universal: confirma los límites vigentes en tu tienda regional antes de depender de ellos.

Cómo elegir según lo que necesitas
- Una nota o entrevista breve: prueba primero Notas de Voz y copia el texto si quieres usarlo en otra app.
- Grabación y texto organizados juntos: usa Notas para que la transcripción quede en la misma nota que el audio.
- Archivos ya grabados o traducción: revisa si Notta admite tu flujo y confirma sus límites de cuenta y región.
- Reuniones con búsqueda y colaboración: evalúa Otter y valida el idioma y las funciones concretas del plan.
- Contenido sensible: revisa las políticas de privacidad vigentes de cualquier servicio antes de cargar audios. Las fuentes disponibles no permiten comparar de forma fiable dónde se procesan o conservan las grabaciones de estas opciones.
Antes de decidir, comprueba también los idiomas que necesitas, la duración de las grabaciones, las opciones para importar, exportar y editar, y si te hacen falta resúmenes o identificación de hablantes. La disponibilidad de funciones puede depender de idioma, región y plan.

- Comprueba compatibilidad: para la transcripción integrada de Notas de Voz o Notas, confirma que tienes un iPhone 12 o posterior y que el idioma y la región admiten la función.
- Graba una muestra breve: en Notas de Voz, inicia una grabación y consulta la transcripción en directo o al terminar. Si prefieres guardar audio y texto en un mismo sitio, graba desde Notas.
- Revisa el resultado: compara nombres, cifras y términos importantes con el audio original. No des por correcta una transcripción sin comprobar los detalles que importan.
- Prueba con tu propio uso antes de cambiar de herramienta: si necesitas importar archivos, traducir, colaborar o generar resúmenes, verifica que la app externa y tu plan ofrezcan esa función en tu región.
En entrevistas, acercar el micrófono a la persona que habla puede ser una opción práctica de captura, pero no es un requisito para usar la transcripción integrada. No se ha verificado un modelo de micrófono concreto ni que un accesorio determinado mejore la precisión.

Qué se puede afirmar sobre la precisión
Las funciones y los idiomas que una ficha anuncia no permiten establecer cuál es la mejor app para transcribir reuniones o cuál reconoce mejor el español. No hay una comparación con el mismo audio, distintos acentos y condiciones equivalentes. Si la precisión es decisiva, prueba las opciones con una muestra representativa de tus grabaciones y corrige el texto contra el audio antes de usarlo como registro final.
