The vivo V50 has the larger listed battery, faster charging, and higher-resolution front and ultra-wide cameras. The iQOO Z10R uses a different processor and comes with a stated software-support promise. Both list a 6.77-inch, 120Hz AMOLED display and IP68/IP69 ratings, so the better choice depends on what matters most—and on the exact storage variant and price available in India.

Which phone has the better cameras?
Choose the V50 for a dedicated ultra-wide camera
The V50 lists three 50MP autofocus-capable front or rear camera specifications: a main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 119.4° ultra-wide camera with autofocus, and a front camera with autofocus. Its dedicated high-resolution ultra-wide is the clearest hardware distinction if you often photograph groups, interiors or broad landscapes.
The Z10R lists 4K front-camera video
The Z10R pairs a 50MP Sony main camera with OIS and a 2MP bokeh rear camera, plus a 32MP front camera. iQOO says both the front camera and rear main camera record 4K video at 30fps. That is a stated recording capability, not a comparison of video quality against the V50.
#1 Best Overall
- 6.4 inch QHD+ OLED Display (3120 x 1440, including notch); 538 ppi
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Octa-core
- 5-Camera Phone (Triple Rear and Dual Front)
- Internal Memory : 128GB. MicroSD Supports card up to 2 TB (cards sold separately) . RAM : 6GB
- Locked for Verizon Carrier
The V50’s front camera has the higher stated pixel resolution, but that alone does not show that it produces better selfies. No comparable side-by-side camera test is established by the cited product specifications.
Display and performance: similar screen figures, different processors
Both phones list a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen with 2392 × 1080 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz on the V50 (120Hz on the Z10R). These headline figures are close; they do not settle differences in real-world brightness, tuning or viewing experience.

- Compatible with Vivo V50 Phone Case Cover
- Phone Case with PC Back Panel + TPU Soft Frame + Foldable Stand Ring
- Built-in foldable stand ring for easy vertical and horizontal use. Compatible with magnetic car mounts.
- Dual-layer TPU + PU material offers comfortable, non-slip grip. Corner airbag design provides drop protection to safeguard your device.
- Raised edges around the screen and rear camera keep these components elevated, effectively preventing scratches.
The V50 uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, while the Z10R uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7400. Those identifiers distinguish the platforms, but without a comparable independent test they do not establish which phone is faster in games, everyday use or sustained workloads. Choose between them on verified features and your own priority rather than treating the processor names as a performance ranking.

Software support: Z10R has a stated upgrade commitment
The Z10R page states 2 years of OS upgrades and up to 3 years of security updates. The V50 specification page lists Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15 but does not establish a matching support duration. This is an evidence difference, not proof that vivo provides no updates; if update longevity is decisive, confirm the V50 policy with vivo before buying.

IP68 and IP69: resistance is not waterproofing
Both models list IP68 and IP69 ratings. iQOO cautions that water resistance is not permanent and that liquid-ingress damage is not covered by warranty. Treat the ratings as resistance under specified conditions, not a guarantee against damage from immersion, spills or wear; check each maker’s current care guidance before exposing a phone to water.

Quick Recap
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the V50 if a dedicated 50MP autofocus ultra-wide, a 50MP autofocus front camera, larger listed typical battery capacity or 90W charging best matches your priorities.
- Consider the Z10R if iQOO’s stated OS and security update commitment, its 4K front-camera video claim, or a particular Z10R configuration and price is more important to you.
- Compare in person or check full product details if screen tuning, camera results or performance is decisive; the listed headline specifications do not establish those real-world differences.
