First, verify which extension you’re using: the available documentation does not establish that the Chrome extension called “Full Page Screenshot” is made by Urlbox. If you mean Urlbox’s screenshot API, set full_page: true and use its default stitch mode; if you need a one-off browser capture, Chrome DevTools can capture a full-size screenshot.
Check the extension before changing settings
Urlbox offers a screenshot rendering service and documents API controls for full-page captures. Its guide mentions a “Full Page Screenshot” Chrome extension, but does not identify it as a Urlbox product. Before following extension-specific instructions, open the extension’s Chrome Web Store listing and check its exact name, publisher, and version. The relevant Urlbox references are its Chrome screenshot guide and extension page.

Identify what is missing from the capture
Compare the output with the page and note the failure pattern. This helps separate a viewport-only capture from content-loading problems or section limits.

- Only the visible screen appears: the tool may be capturing the viewport rather than the full page.
- The image ends at a consistent height: a capture limit or section limit may be stopping the result early.
- Images or content are missing farther down: the page may load them only after scrolling.
- Sticky headers or other elements repeat: the page may be stitched from multiple sections, and fixed-position elements can appear at section boundaries.
Urlbox’s Screenshots documentation discusses full-page capture, scrolling, stitching, and native mode. Its render-options reference documents additional section and scrolling controls.
If you’re using the Urlbox API, enable full-page capture
Set full_page: true. Urlbox uses stitch mode by default: it scrolls the page, triggers animations and lazy-loaded content, captures sections, and stitches them into one image. This is the mode to try when completeness matters. Urlbox describes native mode as faster, but says it may not work well across all websites.

Do not use skip_scroll when the page needs scrolling to load content. If lazy-loaded elements or animations need more time, tune scroll_increment and scroll_delay so the capture progresses more gradually. These are API controls, not verified controls in the extension mentioned by the title.
Inspect seams and section limits
Turn on show_seams to inspect the captured sections and locate where content is missing, duplicated, or misaligned. If the screenshot stops early, check max_sections and max_section_height, along with any configured maximum height. Urlbox’s render-options reference documents a default section height of 4096 pixels; that is a setting, not a guarantee that every page will fit in one section.

Use Chrome DevTools for a one-off full-size capture
- Open the page in Chrome. Scroll down through the page first if it loads images or other content lazily; Urlbox’s guide warns that content may be absent if it has not been triggered by scrolling.
- Open Chrome DevTools.
- Open the DevTools command menu.
- Choose Capture full-size screenshot.
The exact menu access can vary with Chrome and DevTools versions. This is a browser fallback, not a fix for an extension whose identity and settings have not been confirmed.
