For PC, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is included in UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection. Start by checking your PC against a named requirements list, making sure the game is installed on an SSD with enough free space, and recording the collection’s installed version. There is no well-supported universal “best settings” preset or FPS target to promise here; adjust graphics options on your own system, one at a time.
Check which PC release and requirements apply
The PC requirements surfaced for The Lost Legacy are for UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection, the collection that includes both Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy. Two published requirements lists differ, so use the figures from the source you are checking rather than combining their tiers.

Naughty Dog’s support article, dated April 1, 2023 and subsequently updated, lists these specifications for the collection:

Steam store requirements
Steam lists a different set of collection requirements, including 126 GB of available space:

The storefront list and Naughty Dog’s support-page list are not identical, including in memory, processor, graphics-card, and storage figures. Treat each as its publisher’s stated tier, not as interchangeable or as a benchmark prediction. Check the Steam listing.

Check storage before changing graphics settings
Confirm both that the drive has sufficient free capacity and that the game is installed on the drive you intend to use. Naughty Dog lists a 100 GB SSD and recommends an SSD; Steam lists 126 GB available space. These are different published storage figures, not measurements of an FPS gain. If space is tight, check the launcher’s current install requirements before moving or reinstalling the game.

An SSD is the most clearly supported hardware consideration for installation and operation in Naughty Dog’s guidance. The requirements do not establish that buying a particular SSD—or upgrading storage alone—will raise frame rates.

Change settings methodically on your PC
There is no attributable, current benchmark comparison here that establishes the best values for individual graphics settings, their performance costs, or a superior upscaling mode across GPUs and resolutions. Avoid copying a preset or FPS estimate as if it were universal. Use your resolution, desired frame rate, GPU, and available VRAM to guide your own comparisons.
- Record your starting point. Note the display resolution, current graphics options, observed performance in a repeatable gameplay situation, and the installed game version.
- Choose the priority. Decide whether your immediate goal is steadier performance or visual quality. A result at one resolution or on one GPU does not establish the best choice for another system.
- Change one option at a time. Compare the same kind of gameplay before and after each change. Keeping the other settings fixed makes it easier to tell whether that change helped on your PC.
- Keep or undo the change based on your result. If performance or image quality moves the wrong way, restore the earlier value before testing another option.

Check the installed game version when troubleshooting
Naughty Dog’s PC release notes for version 1.1.20381 list “General stability & performance improvements.” The note does not quantify a frame-rate change or identify which graphics settings were affected, so it is not evidence for a specific preset. Naughty Dog’s display-mode information describes PlayStation 5 Fidelity, Performance, and Performance+ modes, including 4K/30Hz and 1080p/120Hz targets for two of those console modes.
