How were the awards judged?
According to the event report, an employee survey accounted for 80% of the score and a company survey for the remaining 20%. The report does not detail the survey questions, response rates, scoring thresholds or validation process, so the weighting alone does not show how the results were established.

When and where were the awards held?
The ceremony took place at the Royal Institution in London on October 1, 2026, after the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit. The summit drew 79 representatives from 41 companies.
The report says 25 firms were recognised in the main awards, but its published category lists name 24 winners: nine small-company, 11 mid-sized and four large-company entries. It does not explain the difference, so the listed names should not be treated as a verified complete count of 25.
