The exact screens and options may depend on what the app currently displays for your account; the official guidance does not specify a universal sequence of taps beyond checking card status in the app.

How long does a Cash App card take to arrive?
Cash App gives two overlapping delivery estimates: its May 1, 2026 guide says the card typically arrives within 7–10 business days after ordering, while its Cash App Card page says within 10 business days. Treat both as estimates rather than a promised arrival date. Check your in-app status for order-specific information; the cited pages do not set a universal late-card threshold.
What you can do while the physical card is in transit
Check the Card tab in your own app to see whether virtual-card details are available for online purchases or whether you can add the virtual card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Cash App describes these options, but access can depend on the account and app, so they are not guaranteed for every customer. See Cash App’s guide and its card page for the stated options.

Cash App’s cited public pages do not specify a single number of days after which every card should be reported missing or a universal missing-mail procedure. Follow the instructions and support options shown for your account rather than relying on a fixed deadline.

Use the activation instructions in Cash App after delivery. Cash App’s guide says to scan the QR code on the physical card, and its U.S. terms direct customers to follow the activation directions provided after the card arrives. The guide and U.S. terms describe activation through the app.
