If you do not know whether your location uses an app or clock, ask your supervisor or UKG administrator rather than trying an unrelated timekeeping app or device. UKG’s product information does not establish that generic third-party clocks work with a given employer’s setup.
How do I fix a missing punch?
Report the missed entry to your manager or company UKG administrator and ask how your employer requires corrections to be submitted. UKG Ready describes approval workflows and alerts for missing punches or overtime, while Pro WFM describes exception management and pay rules. Those capabilities do not establish one universal employee correction procedure: permissions, approval steps, and policy are employer-specific.
