Check eligibility and prepare the product
The integration is for physical products; digital and other nonphysical catalog items do not appear in its TikTok Shop product list. Hostinger’s current guide names Brazil as the supported market and says further markets are rolling out, so confirm availability in the live integration before starting. Hostinger’s September 14, 2026 update also described Brazil as the initial market. Hostinger’s integration guide and its September 14 update are the sources for this availability information; it should not be treated as a permanent market list.

- Make sure the store’s business location, language, and currency match the TikTok Shop account.
- Have accurate product information ready, including the product’s weight and package length, width, and height.
- Be prepared to supply a category and brand, plus any category-specific attributes TikTok requests, such as material, pattern, or quantity per pack.
Hostinger says the connection process asks you to authorize access to order and customer shipping data and shipping management, including label creation and tracking updates. Review the permissions shown in TikTok’s authorization screen before continuing. Hostinger’s connection instructions describe the access requested.

Connect TikTok Shop if it is not connected
- In Ecommerce Manager, open Integrations and find the TikTok Shop card.
- Select Get started and review the requested permissions.
- Continue to TikTok’s login and authorization flow, sign in to the eligible shop, and approve access.
- After authorization, return to Ecommerce Manager, where Hostinger says you are redirected to the TikTok Shop dashboard.

Create or edit a product listing
- Open Integrations → TikTok Shop → Products, or select Manage products from the TikTok Shop dashboard.
- Find the item in the product list. Hostinger says the list includes price, variants, inventory, and sync status; search by product name or filter by status or category if needed.
- Select Edit beside the product. Use the Edit in Ecommerce Manager links for core catalog information. Images, subtitle, description, and price are pulled from the Ecommerce dashboard, so edit those there.
- In the TikTok Shop product details area, choose the product category and enter the brand. Add product weight and package length, width, and height, then fill any additional attributes required for that category.
- Select Save & sync to submit the listing or changes for TikTok Shop review.
Use actual package measurements and weight for shipping details. A scale and measuring tape can help you collect them; the required fields are weight and dimensions, not a particular tool. Hostinger describes these fields in its TikTok Shop product workflow and shipping setup guidance.
Understand sync statuses and resolve problems

Hostinger says review usually takes a few minutes, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed turnaround. Its workflow guide says a retry is available from the product page if syncing takes longer than expected. Hostinger’s status and workflow instructions explain the statuses and retry option.

When to edit in TikTok Seller Center instead
TikTok also documents individual and desktop-only bulk editing in Seller Center. That is a separate workflow from Ecommerce Manager’s product page and Save & sync process. TikTok’s US Seller Center materials describe editable areas including product details, media, sales information, shipping, and qualifications; a qualification-file bulk-edit flow accepts JPEG/JPG/PNG images and does not support PDF. How long TikTok review can take
Keep review estimates tied to their respective workflows. Hostinger describes the integrated sync review as usually taking a few minutes. Separately, TikTok’s US Seller Center guidance, dated September 2, 2026, says reviews generally take 24 hours and can take up to 48 hours during campaigns. Those US Seller Center figures are not a Brazil-specific promise or a timeline for Hostinger’s integration. TikTok’s US review guidance provides the latter estimate.
