पहले पता करें कि काली स्क्रीन कहाँ दिखती है—सामान्य ब्राउज़र प्लेबैक में, Streamlabs Desktop के preview या recording में, या केवल YouTube पर live output में। हर जगह कारण अलग हो सकता है; YouTube playlist के दो videos के बीच black screen के लिए Streamlabs या YouTube ने कोई एक आधिकारिक, पुष्ट fix प्रकाशित नहीं किया है। एक वीडियो और उसी playlist की तुलना करके जाँचें, फिर केवल उस हिस्से के लिए उपयुक्त कदम आज़माएँ जहाँ समस्या आती है।
पहले तय करें कि black screen कहाँ आती है
“Black screen” अपने आप में diagnosis नहीं है। बदलाव करने से पहले वही playlist चलाकर इन जगहों को अलग-अलग जाँचें:

- सामान्य browser playback: YouTube को Streamlabs के बाहर खोलें। देखें कि एक अकेला video और playlist दोनों सही चलते हैं या नहीं।
- Streamlabs preview: देखें कि preview में video या transition काला है, जबकि browser playback ठीक है या नहीं।
- Local recording: छोटा test recording बनाकर जाँचें कि काली अवधि recording में भी आती है या नहीं।
- केवल YouTube live output: यदि preview और recording ठीक हैं, लेकिन live stream पर काला हिस्सा दिखता है, तो समस्या को browser playback या game capture का मामला न मानें।
साथ ही लिख लें कि black screen केवल playlist के videos बदलते समय आती है, पूरे video में रहती है, या हर video source में दिखाई देती है। यह तुलना कारण को सीमित करती है; अपने आप में कोई आधिकारिक fix नहीं है।
एक video और playlist की तुलना करें
- Streamlabs से बाहर सामान्य browser में YouTube पर playlist खोलें और संक्रमण के समय देखें कि स्क्रीन काली होती है या नहीं।
- उसी playlist के किसी एक video को सीधे खोलकर चलाएँ।
- Streamlabs में वही playlist या video source जाँचें और नोट करें कि black screen preview, recording या केवल live output में से कहाँ दिखती है।
- यदि उपलब्ध हो, उसी playlist को किसी दूसरे supported device पर जाँचें। इससे पता चल सकता है कि समस्या browser या device तक सीमित है या नहीं।
यदि browser में भी playback खराब है, तो YouTube की computer पर video playback की सामान्य troubleshooting देखें: system और browser updates जाँचें, browser restart करें, खुले tabs कम करें, और किसी दूसरे supported device पर test करें। ये YouTube के सामान्य playback कदम हैं, Streamlabs playlist transition के लिए घोषित विशेष remedy नहीं।

यदि YouTube का browser player ही गलत render हो रहा है
YouTube की green video player troubleshooting में अलग rendering symptom के लिए दूसरा browser आज़माने, browser hardware acceleration बंद करने और graphics driver update करने की सलाह है। Playlist transition वाली black screen के लिए यह पुष्ट fix नहीं है; केवल तभी इसे सीमित test मानें जब सामान्य browser में भी video render गलत हो। बदलाव के बाद वही video और playlist फिर जाँचें।
यदि समस्या केवल Streamlabs में है, तो source type पहचानें
पहले देखें कि प्रभावित source browser/window capture, display capture, game capture या कोई दूसरा media source है। Game-capture निर्देश को browser window या playlist पर लागू न करें। Streamlabs की game-capture black-screen troubleshooting केवल तब प्रासंगिक है जब काली स्क्रीन सचमुच game-capture source में हो।

केवल game-capture source काला हो
Streamlabs के game-capture लेख के अनुसार, उस capture source को हटाकर दोबारा जोड़ना, Streamlabs Desktop को administrator के रूप में खोलना, capture mode और overlays जाँचना, तथा drivers और software update करना उपयोगी troubleshooting कदम हो सकते हैं। जहाँ लागू हो, borderless fullscreen या window capture भी आज़माया जा सकता है। हर कदम game capture के संदर्भ में है; इससे YouTube playlist या browser capture की समस्या का कारण सिद्ध नहीं होता।
Browser, window या display capture काला हो
पहले source का प्रकार और वही सामग्री Streamlabs के बाहर सही चलती है या नहीं, यह दर्ज करें। उपलब्ध Streamlabs game-capture निर्देश इस source के लिए सामान्य fix नहीं देते। बिना कारण जाने scenes या settings मिटाने, या पूरी cache reset करने से बचें।

दूसरे Streamlabs black-screen मामलों को playlist fix न समझें
Streamlabs की Known Issues सूची में अलग black/blank स्थितियाँ दर्ज हैं, जिनमें filters के साथ scenes इस्तेमाल करने पर editor canvas blank या black होने का workaround वाला मामला शामिल है। यह playlist के दो videos के बीच काली स्क्रीन का प्रमाणित कारण नहीं है।
Streamlabs का 20 सितंबर 2026 का Studio Mode editor black-screen लेख कुछ users के editor pane में दिखने वाली अलग समस्या के लिए Windows Display settings में HDR बंद करने का workaround बताता है। वह सलाह playlist transition पर लागू होने का दावा नहीं करती। HDR बंद करना तभी विचारें जब लक्षण उसी Studio Mode editor समस्या से मेल खाता हो।

Streamlabs repository का एक graphics-device सुझाव notebook display-capture की एक विशिष्ट समस्या के लिए है; उसे सामान्य playlist fix न मानें।

समस्या बनी रहे तो support के लिए उपयोगी जानकारी इकट्ठी करें
- बताएँ कि black screen browser playback, Streamlabs preview, local recording या केवल live output में दिखाई देती है।
- बताएँ कि समस्या एक video में भी आती है या केवल playlist transition पर।
- प्रभावित source का प्रकार दर्ज करें: browser/window, display, game capture या अन्य media source।
- एक छोटा recording या clip रखें जिसमें समस्या स्पष्ट दिखे, और बताएँ कि restart या दूसरे supported device पर test करने के बाद भी वह दोहराई गई या नहीं।
इन विवरणों के साथ Streamlabs support से संपर्क करें। लक्षण और source जाने बिना किसी खास setting, cache reset या hardware खरीद को समाधान बताने का आधार नहीं है। इस समस्या के लिए capture card, graphics card, cable या paid repair utility खरीदने की कोई स्थापित आवश्यकता नहीं है।
