To finish the surgery-room X-ray puzzle in Silent Hill: Townfall, enter pager code 7103 at the small door behind the operating room. Capture the aligned skull using Skull / 3 kV / 7 mA / 1, then the aligned chest using Chest / 7 kV / 3 mA / 1.2. Take both films from the printer and place them on the lightboard beside the surgery intercom.
Open the X-ray room
- Respond to the intercom in the surgery room.
- Use pager code 7103 on the small door behind the operating room to enter the X-ray room.
Read the in-game dosage clue
The X-Ray Dosage Table is on the laptop beside the patient’s bed. It provides the values for the puzzle; these are fictional game inputs, not real medical guidance.
