Securden Password Vault for Enterprises is an enterprise credential-management product for centralizing organizational passwords, keys, documents, and other identities. Its documented feature set includes controlled sharing, approvals, audit trails, directory and SSO integrations, and DevOps secrets handling. It may suit teams that need shared credential governance, but buyers should verify which capabilities are included in the required edition and whether SaaS, private-cloud, or on-premises deployment fits their operating model.
What Securden Password Vault for Enterprises does
Securden describes the product as a centralized vault for logins, passwords, keys, documents, and other identities used by IT, DevOps, and business teams. Administrators can organize credentials, share them with teams under access controls, assign role-based permissions, and use approval workflows, activity trails, and reports. These are vendor-documented capabilities, not the results of an independent product test. Securden product overview and feature list.

Deployment choices
The vendor offers SaaS/cloud and on-premises deployment and also discusses private-cloud hosting. Those choices shift responsibility and control differently: compare data location, update and backup operations, network isolation, assurance documentation, and the exact edition required. Securden says on-premises deployments require a Windows Server host, while users can access the vault from other operating systems; confirm current system requirements and sizing directly with the vendor. Which features are documented—and which require care
The official feature page describes secure credential storage and sharing, permissions, approval workflows, remote connections, Active Directory and SAML SSO, MFA integrations, DevOps secrets, SSH key management, audit trails, reporting, expiration alerts, password policies, browser autofill, and iOS and Android access. This breadth is relevant for organizations managing both employee credentials and technical secrets, but the feature list alone does not establish suitability for a particular environment.

- BUILT TO LAST: Made from tough, waterproof, and crush-resistant materials. Manufactured in Sweden and programmed in the USA with the highest security standards.
Advanced privileged-access capabilities
Securden marks privileged-account discovery, automatic privileged password rotation, session recording, Windows service-account management, SIEM and ticketing integrations, and high availability/disaster recovery as available only in its Enterprise PAM edition. Do not assume these are part of the base Password Vault license. Have the vendor identify the exact SKU, license, and deployment availability for each requirement before comparing offers. Edition-specific feature notes.
What the security claims establish
Securden’s product materials describe AES-256 encryption, an installation-specific key stored separately from encrypted data, and TLS communications. Its on-premises security design document says the product can be configured for FIPS-compliant mode and supports Securosys HSM for master-key management; it also describes an MSP edition with multi-tenant data segregation. These are vendor-documented design claims. They do not independently establish a customer’s configuration, certification status, or protection against every threat. During diligence, request current assurance reports, key-management details, deployment architecture, incident terms, and configuration guidance. The vendor’s feature FAQ says activity records can include password access, session launches, and modifications, and describes access reviews, reports, audit trails, and session logging as compliance-supporting controls. Such controls can contribute to an organization’s compliance work; the software itself should not be treated as a guarantee of compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, or another framework. Integration and operating fit
Vendor materials describe Active Directory and LDAP integration, SAML-based SSO, MFA integrations, mobile apps, browser extensions, APIs, and DevOps tooling. The cloud page displays integrations including Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Duo, Google services, and SIEM-related products. Confirm the precise connector, protocol, supported version, feature tier, and ongoing maintenance burden for your own environment rather than relying on a general integrations list. Pricing and procurement questions
Gartner Peer Insights describes per-user pricing with annual subscriptions or perpetual licensing and tiered plans, but its listing provides no usable price figure. Cybernews, in a review last updated September 8, 2026, characterizes most pricing as quote-based; that is the reviewer’s account, not an official price list. Who may find it a fit
The documented capabilities suggest a potential fit for organizations that need to govern shared credentials centrally, control access with roles and approvals, see activity, integrate with a directory, or manage DevOps secrets. Teams needing privileged-account workflows should assess the Enterprise PAM edition specifically and validate every required function against the proposed license.

Compare options against the practical requirements that determine deployment and total operating effort:
- Whether SaaS, private cloud, or on-premises control best matches data-location, isolation, and operations requirements.
- Whether the need is primarily a shared password vault or privileged-access workflows such as rotation and session recording.
- Which audit, access review, disaster recovery, and reporting controls are required, and which edition supplies them.
- Coverage for the organization’s directory, SSO, MFA, SIEM, ticketing, and DevOps integrations.
- Available assurance documentation and the proposed key-management design.
- Full contract cost, support scope, upgrades, onboarding, and renewal terms.
The available product information does not provide a same-method competitor test or a fully comparable total-cost matrix, so those questions require buyer-specific validation.
