If it is not listed there, check Chrome’s Manage extensions page to see whether it is installed and enabled in the current profile.
Pin Save Page WE from Chrome’s Extensions menu
- In Chrome, select the Extensions control to the right of the address bar.
- Find Save Page WE among the extensions in the menu.
- Select Pin next to it, if the option is available. The icon should then appear on the toolbar.
Google notes that some extensions do not offer a Pin option. If you do not see one for Save Page WE, or the extension is missing from this menu, continue to the next check. Google Chrome Help: Install and manage extensions.

If Save Page WE is not in the Extensions menu
Open Chrome’s Manage extensions page and check whether Save Page WE is installed and enabled in the Chrome profile you are using. Google’s extension guidance points to this page for inspecting extensions when an icon cannot be found. If Save Page WE is absent, the page can help establish that it is not installed in that profile; the available official guidance does not identify why it may be missing on a particular device.

The Save Page WE Chrome Web Store listing describes the extension as adding a blue floppy-disk button to the toolbar for saving the currently selected tab or tabs as a single HTML file. It also lists a Save Page WE context-menu submenu and the Alt+A keyboard shortcut as ways to invoke saving. These can be useful alternatives while you check the toolbar. If the icon is still missing
If Save Page WE is present and enabled in Manage extensions but still does not appear in the toolbar, the official sources cited here do not diagnose that device-specific state. They do not establish that restarting Chrome, reinstalling the extension, or changing another setting will fix it, so avoid treating any of those as a guaranteed solution.
