Where to redeem a Rise of Kittens code
Third-party guides describe this route:
- Open Rise of Kittens and go to Home City.
- Tap Rewards Center, then choose Exchange Pack.
- Enter the gift code and confirm the redemption.
- Check the in-game Mail for the reward after confirming.
Pocket Gamer and BlueStacks both describe the Rewards Center and Exchange Pack flow; Pocket Gamer also says rewards are delivered through Mail. What to check when a code fails
Confirm the account and redemption screen
- Make sure the expected game account is active.
- Return to Home City → Rewards Center → Exchange Pack and enter the code there.
Re-enter the code carefully
Type it as shown in the source where you found it. Check for an accidental space or a character entered incorrectly, then confirm again. The reviewed Rise of Kittens guides do not establish whether codes are case-sensitive or document specific character-confusion rules, so do not assume a particular formatting rule.
Look in Mail after confirmation
After a successful redemption, inspect in-game Mail before concluding the reward is missing. The delivery-to-Mail instruction is reported by Pocket Gamer.

Check when and where the code was listed
A code appearing on a third-party list does not prove it remains valid. FYX Official’s video from November 12, 2024 lists historical codes, but its age does not establish that they still work: FYX Official’s 2024 guide.
Is Rise of Kittens still accepting codes?
Current availability is disputed. Pocket Gamer’s page, updated October 4, 2026, says the game has shut down, marks its article archived, and lists no active codes. A BlueStacks article published in October 2026 calls several codes active and describes the same basic redemption route. No current official shutdown notice or official live-code list is established by these sources, so neither a shutdown nor third-party code validity should be presented as officially confirmed.

The official LUCKYYX Game pre-registration page says pre-registration gift codes could be redeemed in-game after launch. It does not establish whether the service is operating now or explain present-day redemption errors. If the game is accessible, check its in-game result and any official channels available to you; treat third-party lists as unverified.
When trying another code will not help
If the game cannot connect or the Exchange Pack screen is unavailable, the issue may not be the code text. Pocket Gamer’s shutdown report makes service availability a possibility, but it is not corroborated here by a current official notice. Re-entering codes cannot restore an unavailable game service.
