Razer’s current Naga model is the Naga V3 Pro, not a generic spec shared by every Naga generation. How the G600’s G-Alt control changes the choice
Logitech describes the G600 as a 20-button MMO mouse, with three main buttons, a 12-button thumb panel, a clickable and tilting wheel, and G-Alt. G-Alt can activate a second function for G-keys, so the appeal is not only the number of thumb buttons: it is also the possibility of assigning alternate commands through one of the mouse controls. Details are on Logitech’s regional G600 product page, which is for an Argentina regional shop; its product specifications should not be read as proof of availability in every market.
If you already use a G600 layout, G-Alt may suit a setup that relies on a modifier-like second layer. If you would rather swap between a dense MMO grid and smaller side layouts, the Naga V3 Pro’s replaceable plates are the more explicit fit. Neither feature guarantees that a given player will find commands easier to reach.

Which one is likely to fit your hand and play style?
Razer says its Naga line is suited to medium-to-large hands and palm or claw grips. That is the manufacturer’s guidance, not independent fit testing and not a direct comparison with the G600. Hand size, grip, thumb reach and tolerance for a 12-button grid vary; try the shape in person if possible, and check the retailer’s return terms before buying if you cannot.

“Razer Naga” covers multiple generations with different specifications. Razer identifies the V3 Pro as its current MMO model and announced it on August 11, 2026. The V3 Pro product page describes its wireless design, three plates and up to 23 programmable buttons.
The Naga V2 Pro is a separate wireless generation; Razer’s support information describes three side plates and 19+1 programmable buttons. The older Naga 2014 is a wired model with a 12-button mechanical thumb grid and 19 MMO-optimized programmable buttons. Those figures belong to those models, not the V3 Pro.

Does either mouse make you better at World of Warcraft?
The official product information establishes control layouts and software features, not comparative WoW results. It does not demonstrate that one mouse is more comfortable, accurate, durable, or effective in play. A better fit depends on the shape you can use comfortably and whether you prefer interchangeable plates or G-Alt’s alternate commands; claims about DPS, reaction time or raid comfort would require independent testing that is not established here.
