Five POCO models documented by Xiaomi’s official specifications have a 64MP main camera: the POCO F5, POCO X6, POCO M6 Pro, POCO F5 Pro and POCO F4. Their camera feature lists differ in stabilization, secondary cameras and zoom terminology. Those specifications identify what each phone advertises; they do not establish which takes the best photos or which configurations are currently available in your market.

How the camera specifications differ
Stabilization
OIS (optical image stabilization) appears in the official camera details for all five models. The F5, X6 and F5 Pro specifications also name EIS (electronic image stabilization); the X6 FAQ calls the combination “dual stabilization technology.” These are feature descriptions, not evidence that one model produces sharper photos or steadier video than another under the same conditions.
Secondary cameras
All five models have a documented 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro camera. The cited pages state a 119° field of view for the F5 and F4, and 120° for the F5 Pro. The source details cited here do not state a field of view for the X6 or M6 Pro.

Zoom on the POCO X6
Xiaomi’s UK X6 FAQ describes 2x optical lossless zoom using in-sensor zoom. It separately labels the phone’s 0.6–10x photo range and 0.6–6x video range as digital zoom. The broader ranges should not be described as optical zoom.
Which 64MP POCO should you compare?
Start with the features that matter to your use, rather than treating megapixel count as a camera ranking:

- For published sensor and secondary-camera details: the F5 and F5 Pro specifications include sensor size, four-in-one pixel information, stabilization and ultra-wide field of view.
- For clearly specified zoom terminology: the X6 FAQ distinguishes 2x in-sensor/optical lossless zoom from its digital photo and video zoom ranges.
- For a listed OIS main camera and f/1.79 lens: the M6 Pro and F4 specifications include those details; the M6 Pro page also lists a 1/2-inch sensor and in-sensor zoom.
- For a stated ultra-wide field of view: compare the listed 119° on the F5 and F4 with the F5 Pro’s 120° figure.
These distinctions help narrow a specification-based comparison, but they cannot identify a “best camera.” Megapixel count, lens labels and stabilization claims do not replace sample photos or controlled testing.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsCheck the exact regional version before buying
The cited pages establish camera specifications for the named models, not current stock, prices, warranty coverage or the precise configuration sold where you live. Before relying on a listing, confirm the regional SKU, seller and warranty terms, and make sure the camera details match the version offered in your country. The official specifications cited above do not establish present-day availability.
