Is this the same as Mario Kart GB?
No. Mario Kart Rally DMG and Tacokitten’s Mario Kart GB are separate projects with similar names. The latter has its own listing and describes a fan-made Game Boy game; its stages, characters, keyboard controls, and downloadable files do not apply to Mario Kart Rally DMG.
