You can pay an Xfinity bill through its automated phone system without logging in to the website or app. Call 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489), choose prompt 2 for Billing and Payments, and follow the prompts. Have your billing account number, the Xfinity Voice phone number associated with the account, and your payment details ready.
“Without signing in” means using the phone system instead of an online or app login. It does not mean the payment is anonymous or that you can skip account information.

How to pay your Xfinity bill by phone
- Call 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489).
- Select prompt 2 for Billing and Payments.
- Follow the automated prompts to start a payment.
- Provide the account identifiers and payment details the system requests.
- Keep the confirmation from the call, then verify the payment through an official account channel if needed.

What information and payment details to have ready
The phone instructions list the billing account number and the Xfinity Voice phone number associated with the account. Have the relevant details for your chosen payment method available as well:

- Credit or debit card: card number, expiration date, and CVV.
- Bank payment: account number and nine-digit routing number for a checking or savings account.

What “without signing in” does—and does not—mean
The phone IVR is an alternative to signing in to an Xfinity account on the web or in the app. It still asks for account-identifying information, and the instructions do not establish that every caller can pay any account without authorization checks. Don’t treat the phone route as a way to avoid account verification.

The app’s documented bill-payment flow requires signing in with a Primary or Manager Xfinity ID. Xfinity’s billing-role guidance says Primary and Manager users can make a one-time payment, while Member and Viewer users cannot; that table addresses account billing permissions and does not explain precisely how the phone system enforces them. Fees, confirmation, and posting time
The reviewed Xfinity payment instructions do not establish a universal fee policy for phone payments, and they do not give a phone-specific posting window. Do not assume the call is free or that a payment will appear by a particular hour. If a fee matters, check the live phone prompt or the terms shown for your transaction before confirming. Save the call confirmation and check your balance through an official account channel.

Xfinity says qualifying customers may be offered a payment arrangement through a signed-in account or payment flow. It distinguishes an arrangement, which can provide more time and help prevent service interruption, from scheduling a future payment, which by itself does not protect service from interruption. An arrangement also does not automatically cancel existing scheduled payments, so review those to avoid paying twice.
