Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →For buyers in India, the OPPO Find X9 is the bigger phone. It has a higher stated battery capacity, three 50MP rear cameras plus a 2MP monochrome sensor, and 50W wireless charging. The vivo X300 FE is smaller and lighter, has a 50MP autofocus selfie camera, and lists the higher maximum wired charging rating at 90W. Which one suits you depends mainly on preferred size, how much you use the ultrawide and selfie cameras, and whether you charge wirelessly. Published specifications do not show which phone performs better in everyday use, and the price gap depends heavily on where and when you check.
Quick verdict by buyer priority
- You want a larger screen and broader rear-camera coverage: the OPPO Find X9. It lists a 6.74-inch display and a 50MP ultrawide camera, where the vivo X300 FE uses an 8MP ultrawide.
- You want a smaller, lighter phone: the vivo X300 FE. It measures 150.83 × 71.76 × 7.99 mm and weighs 191g, against roughly 157.0 × 73.9 × 8.0 mm and 203g for the Find X9.
- You prioritise selfies: the vivo X300 FE lists a 50MP autofocus front camera. The Find X9 lists 32MP.
- You charge wirelessly: the Find X9 lists up to 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. The vivo specification summary used for this comparison gives no wireless charging figure.
- You charge by cable and want the fastest listed wired rating: the vivo X300 FE, at up to 90W FlashCharge, against up to 80W SUPERVOOC or UFCS on the Find X9.

Cameras: what the lists do and do not tell you
Sensor counts are a starting point, not a verdict. Two details matter more than the headline numbers: the lens type and the focal range each sensor covers.

Rear cameras
The Find X9 covers more of the focal range with dedicated hardware. Its 50MP ultrawide is the main practical difference from the X300 FE, whose ultrawide is an 8MP fixed-focus unit. A higher-resolution ultrawide generally gives more detail in that lens, but resolution alone does not prove photo quality. The Find X9’s 2MP monochrome sensor is a specialist unit; its value depends on whether you use the mode it enables.

- Android 16, Qualcomm SM8850-AC Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3 nm), Octa-core (2x4.6 GHz Oryon V3 Phoenix L + 6x3.62 GHz Oryon V3 Phoenix M)
- Rear: 200 MP, f/1.5, 23mm (wide), 1/1.12", PDAF, OIS, 200 MP, f/2.2, 70mm (periscope telephoto), 1/1.28", PDAF (15cm - ∞), OIS, 3x optical zoom, 50 MP, f/3.5, 230mm (periscope telephoto), 1/2.75", PDAF, OIS, 10x optical zoom, 50 MP, f/2.0, 14mm, 123˚ (ultrawide), 1/1.95", PDAF, Front: 50 MP, f/2.4, 21mm (wide), 1/2.75", PDAF
- 163.2 x 77.0 x 8.7 mm or 9.1 mm
Both phones list OIS on the main and telephoto cameras. The X300 FE has no monochrome sensor in its listing, so it offers one fewer rear sensor on paper.
Front camera
The X300 FE’s 50MP autofocus selfie camera is the stronger front-camera listing. Autofocus helps keep close-up subjects sharp, and the higher pixel count gives more room to crop. The Find X9’s 32MP front camera is still a capable spec, but the listings suggest vivo has the advantage on paper.
Rank #2
- 6.59 inches, AMOLED, 1B colors, 1256 x 2760 pixels
- 512GB Storage, 12GB RAM
- Android 16, Mediatek Dimensity 9500 (3 nm), Octa-core (1x4.21 GHz C1-Ultra & 3x3.5 GHz C1-Premium & 4x2.7 GHz C1-Pro)

- 157 x 73.9 x 8 mm (6.18 x 2.91 x 0.31 in)
Battery and charging
The Find X9 lists the larger battery at both the typical and rated figures. OPPO’s typical figure is 7,025mAh and its rated figure is 6,840mAh; vivo lists 6,500mAh typical and 6,350mAh rated. A manufacturer’s typical capacity is not a guarantee of runtime. Screen size, refresh-rate settings, network conditions and workload all change how long a battery lasts, and neither listing provides battery-life test results.

Wired charging
The X300 FE lists up to 90W FlashCharge. The Find X9 lists up to 80W, using SUPERVOOC or UFCS. Both ratings are maximums that require the phone’s proprietary charging protocol and a compatible charger. A generic USB-C charger will not reach those figures, so check the charger’s specification and the phone’s charging documentation before buying an accessory.
Rank #3
- 6.78 inches, LTPO AMOLED, 1B colors, 1272 x 2772 pixels
- 512GB Storage, 16GB RAM
- Android 16, up to 5 major Android upgrades, ColorOS 16, Mediatek Dimensity 9500 (3 nm), Octa-core (1x4.21 GHz C1-Ultra & 3x3.5 GHz C1-Premium & 4x2.7 GHz C1-Pro)

- 161.3 x 76.5 x 8.3 mm (6.35 x 3.01 x 0.33 in)
Wireless charging
The Find X9 lists up to 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. The vivo X300 FE listing used here gives no wireless figure. If you rely on a charging pad, this is the clearest spec-level difference in favour of the OPPO.
Size, weight and build
The X300 FE is the easier phone to hold one-handed. It is about 6 mm shorter and 2 mm narrower than the Find X9, and it weighs about 12g less on manufacturer figures. The vivo weight excludes protective films, so with a case or screen protector the gap may be different. The Find X9 is the better choice if you want the bigger display and do not mind the extra bulk.

For the 12GB+256GB variant, the gap is ₹20,000 if you compare OPPO’s November 2025 launch price with vivo’s store price, and ₹16,000 if you compare the two figures from the 91mobiles comparison page. Those numbers come from different dates and sellers, so neither is a fixed difference. The OPPO figure is also a launch price that may no longer apply. Check both phones’ prices on the same day, from the same retailer, before deciding.

Buyer checklist
- Size: measure the Find X9 (about 157.0 × 73.9 × 8.0 mm) against your usual pocket or bag. The X300 FE is 150.83 × 71.76 × 7.99 mm.
- Camera use: if you shoot wide-angle often, the Find X9’s 50MP ultrawide is the stronger listing. If you mostly take selfies, the X300 FE’s 50MP autofocus camera is.
- Charging habits: for a charging pad, the Find X9 lists 50W wireless. For cable charging, the X300 FE lists 90W wired, and the Find X9 lists 80W.
- Storage: confirm that the RAM and storage combination you are buying is the one the seller lists. The Find X9 has a 16GB+512GB option on OPPO’s India launch listing; no 16GB+512GB X300 FE price was found in the sources reviewed.
- Warranty and updates: confirm the local warranty terms and the software update commitment with the seller or manufacturer. These can differ between official and third-party sellers.
- Current price: compare the exact variant on the same day at the same retailer. Launch prices and retailer snapshots in this article will not match what you see.
Limits of this comparison
Everything in the specification tables comes from manufacturer listings. Those listings establish declared hardware and ratings. They do not establish battery runtime, camera performance, charging time, sustained performance under load, durability in real use or how long either phone will receive updates. Those questions need hands-on testing, which this article does not include.
The price figures are snapshots and will change. Use them to understand the range, not as a quote.
