Who made the music for ONYX: The Dark Grip?
The announced feature brings together composer Jan Borysewicz and Piotr Babieno, CEO of game developer Bloober Team, to discuss how the score came together. Bloober Team also names FILMharmonic Orchestra, Prague, as its orchestral collaborator. The announcement does not give recording dates, a venue, track count, or soundtrack duration.

Borysewicz says he did not approach the game as “a pure horror title.” Instead, his stated goal was to create unease in the music while pairing it with elements of hope. That is the composer’s description of his intent; the announcement does not provide audio excerpts or enough detail to assess how the approach plays out across individual tracks.

When and where is the game expected?
ONYX: The Dark Grip is announced as a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive, designed around handheld play, with a planned 2027 launch window. Bloober Team’s announcement gives no exact release date. It does not establish a preorder, current retailer listing, or regional availability.

Is there a soundtrack album to buy?
