Check the account OneNote is trying to use
Microsoft’s documented OneNote for Android sign-in flow lets you select another account or enter an account that is not listed. Use that general guidance to confirm that OneNote is attempting to use the account that owns the notebooks you need. If the intended account is already selected, switching accounts is not a 9hehw-specific fix and may not resolve the error.

Microsoft’s OneNote sync troubleshooting page covers general steps for sync problems and notes that some errors may stem from a temporary server issue. Follow the guidance that applies to your symptom, but treat it as general troubleshooting: the page does not name 9hehw or confirm that a temporary server issue is the cause in your case.

Protect notes before disruptive troubleshooting
Before signing out, clearing app data, or reinstalling OneNote, make sure important notes are available through another device that is already working or through OneNote on the web. Do not assume that unsynced changes are backed up or that clearing data or reinstalling will fix this particular error.
