No—JBL does not document a way to link two Go 3 speakers for shared playback. A phone or tablet can stream to a Go 3 over Bluetooth, but that is different from connecting two speakers to each other. JBL’s documented speaker-grouping feature, PartyBoost, applies to compatible models, and Go 3 is not among those listed.
What Bluetooth does—and does not—do on the Go 3
JBL describes the Go 3 as a speaker for streaming audio from a phone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device. Its specification sheet lists Bluetooth 5.1 and the A2DP 1.3 and AVRCP 1.6 profiles. Those details describe the Go 3’s Bluetooth connection; they do not establish a feature for linking it to another Go 3.

Why PartyBoost does not provide a documented Go 3 link
JBL’s PartyBoost instructions explain how to group compatible speakers: connect a phone to the first speaker, start music, press its PartyBoost button, then turn on another compatible speaker and press its PartyBoost button. JBL says additional compatible speakers can be added the same way. The Go 3 is not listed among the models in JBL’s PartyBoost group setup information, so those steps are not a supported Go 3 pairing method.

Shared playback and stereo are different goals
PartyBoost grouping is for playing audio across compatible speakers. JBL’s separate stereo setup uses the JBL Portable app and requires two speakers of the same model. Its listed examples include Flip 6 and Charge 5, but not Go 3. Check JBL’s current compatibility information for the exact model before choosing speakers for stereo playback.

- Already own two Go 3 speakers: JBL’s published documentation does not establish synchronized playback or stereo pairing between them. Do not assume a second Go 3 will add either feature.
- Want a JBL speaker group: Choose models JBL currently identifies as PartyBoost-compatible and follow the group setup instructions for those models.
- Want left/right stereo: Use two of the same model from JBL’s stereo-compatible list and set them up through the JBL Portable app.
