Choose based on where the capture needs to go and who must access it. Before putting sensitive screenshots in a cloud workflow, check account requirements, access controls, and storage limits for the plan you intend to use.
Does either tool have better capture quality?
The published feature lists do not answer that. No independent benchmark or controlled image comparison establishes that one tool produces sharper, more accurate, or more reliable screenshots. Ratings, user totals, and feature claims are not substitutes for a fidelity test.
A repeatable comparison you can run
