A conflicting September 11 report lists UPD7 instead, so treat these as dated third-party reports and test codes in the game’s Codes panel for current validity.
Night At The Infirmary codes reported active in September 2026
SuperCheats’ September 30, 2026 list and TheSpike’s September 20, 2026 list both report these four codes as active, with 250 Shards per code. Those rewards and statuses are tracker claims, not an official Roblox code announcement.

For the four-code list and reward report, see SuperCheats’ September 30 list and TheSpike’s September 20 list. Code availability can change after an update, and the game’s official Roblox listing does not publish promo codes.
Are there other active or expired codes?
Tracker reports disagree about the newest code. GameRant? No: the September 11 report from GameRant? [s_gamertweak] says UPD7 gives 250 Shards and labels UPD6 through UPD2 expired. That conflicts with the later September 20 and September 30 reports, which list UPD6 through UPD3 active.

Why is my Night At The Infirmary code not working?
- Check the spelling and capitalization. Enter the code as listed, without extra spaces.
- Consider whether you already redeemed it. The guides identify prior use as a possible reason for failure.
- Try another listed code. A tracker may be out of date, or the code may have expired since its report.
- Check the community requirement. TheSpike says joining the A.D. Games Roblox Community may be necessary.
These troubleshooting checks come from third-party guides, not an official support statement. If the in-game panel rejects a code, its current response is more useful than an older tracker status.

Roblox identifies the experience as Night At The Infirmary (Anomaly), by A.D. Games, and labels it Beta. Its description puts players on a night shift examining patients, some of whom may not be what they seem. Roblox warns that the experience contains flashing lights and jumpscares, recommends headphones and high graphics, and does not make either setup recommendation a condition for code redemption. See the official Roblox experience page.
