Puka Membership is a City Tycoon progression program added in Neverness to Everness Version 1.4. You complete its quest series and raise your Sweetdream Level to unlock cosmetics, outfits, selection boxes and more. A third-party guide reports that it opens at City Tycoon Level 16, but the official Version 1.4 patch notes don’t state an entry level, so treat that number as reported rather than confirmed.
What Puka Membership is
The Version 1.4 “For Whom the Verses Mourn” patch notes say Puka Membership becomes available after the Version 1.4 update. The notes describe the loop in one sentence: once the program opens, complete its quest series and raise your Sweetdream Level to unlock its rewards. It is a free-to-progress program as described. The announcement mentions no separate purchase tier, and no paid membership product is established for it.

Requirements to unlock it
- Official: the program is available after the Version 1.4 update. The patch notes give no account level or quest prerequisite.
- Reported by NerdsChalk (guide updated September 28, 2026): the program unlocks at City Tycoon Level 16. Since the official notes don’t confirm this, check the City Tycoon menu in your own client. If the program isn’t listed, keep raising your City Tycoon level and make sure the game is updated to 1.4 or later.
How progression works
The official loop
Finish the Puka Membership quest series and increase your Sweetdream Level. Rewards unlock as that level rises.
The reported level mechanic
The NerdsChalk guide says each membership level needs a certain amount of Fons plus a designated objective before you can collect that level’s reward. The guide doesn’t give a table of global-client thresholds that could be verified, so exact Fons amounts and objectives per level aren’t confirmed here. Read them from the in-game program page.

Version 1.4 changes that affect Fons
The same patch notes add a Sweetdream Charity Drive, which donates specified items to boost Fons progress directly. They also increase Fons accumulation speed in the original City Tycoon Program. These are update-level changes. The notes don’t say whether every one of these Fons sources feeds Puka Membership in the same way, so check the in-game rules before planning around them.
Rewards
The patch notes name these rewards:
| Category | Rewards |
|---|---|
| Gameplay features | Puka Boot Camp; Drone Follow-Cam |
| Outfits | Sakiri’s “Gingerbear Biscuit”; Baicang’s “Master Slacker”; Haniel’s “Classroom Hijinks” |
| Selection boxes | S-Class Standard Character Selection Box; “Puka Membership” S-Class Arc Selection Box |
| Accessories | “Moonless Night”; “Grand Prize” |
| Profile items | “Cha-Ching!” avatar frame; “Fons Legend” namecard; “Puka Tycoon” title; “Making It Rain” phone wallpaper |
| Dice skins | “Doooonut”; “Puka-Pukaboo” |
| Other | “And more”, unspecified |
The announcement doesn’t say which Sweetdream Level grants which item, so a reward-by-level order isn’t confirmed.
