On a Galaxy S21, wake the lock screen and touch and hold it; unlock the phone if prompted. Select the clock in the editor to view its available style and layout controls. Clock repositioning depends on the One UI version and the controls available on your specific device.
Try the built-in lock-screen editor first

If you see a position or layout control, use the on-screen editor to move the clock, then check the lock screen to confirm the result.

Changing the clock’s style is not necessarily the same as changing its position. Samsung identifies moving the lock-screen clock to a chosen position as a One UI 6 feature; this does not guarantee the same control on every Galaxy S21 model, carrier build, region, or software version. Use LockStar if you need more placement control
If the built-in editor does not offer the layout you want, check Samsung’s Good Lock app for the LockStar module. Samsung describes LockStar as a way to change the lock-screen clock’s location and style, and says it can relocate lock-screen components and adjust clock designs and sizes. Good Lock and LockStar availability can vary by region and software version. Check whether the app and module are offered for your S21 before relying on them.

Check the phone’s installed One UI version in Settings, then compare the available lock-screen editor controls with the features documented for that version.

Look for available software updates and consult Samsung support for your device and region if the expected editor options are absent.

Do not assume the phone is faulty just because a clock-position control is missing: Samsung’s instructions note that menus and features can vary by software version and device.
