EasyControl Plus
Miele describes EasyControl Plus as a clear-text display with rotary controls. The UK page lists a programmable cooking duration, target and actual temperature displays, a buzzer that sounds when the desired temperature is reached, a recommended temperature setting and individual settings that can be saved. These are documented convenience features. Miele does not claim they make the oven easier to use than competing models, and we have not tested that.
Automatic programmes and AirFry
The UK product page advertises automatic programmes and an AirFry mode. Miele’s Australian specification sheet lists a wider set of operating modes, including Eco fan heat, Grill, Fan plus, Intensive bake, Conventional heat and Fan grill. The Australian list shows that these modes exist on an H 2861 BP configuration in that market. It does not prove that every UK unit has the same programme list.
