What does Beneath Cursed Sands unlock?
The quest’s stated reward is access to the Tombs of Amascut raid. It does not unlock Menaphos. The OSRS update distinguishes the raid unlock from the city, whose gates remain closed in that update.
What to work toward
If your goal is the raid, work toward Beneath Cursed Sands’ requirements and prerequisite quests. If your goal is specifically to enter Menaphos, the cited OSRS material does not provide an unlock path or requirements; do not treat the quest checklist as city-entry requirements.
