LFX is a suite of Linux Foundation tools, not a single member-only service. The right support path depends on whether you need help signing in, want to view projects you personally support, need organization membership information, or administer a project through Project Control Center (PCC).
Which LFX support path do you need?
| Your need | Where to go | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in or account access | Linux Foundation account and SSO | Account creation, email verification, identity-provider sign-in, and account issues. |
| See projects you personally support | Individual Dashboard | Your supported-project records, including project name and enrollment date. |
| Check organization membership | Organization Dashboard | Membership areas such as active, expired, and discoverable options; programs differ by project. |
| Administer a Linux Foundation-associated project | Project Control Center (PCC) | Project administration and management, for users with access. |
The Linux Foundation’s LFX overview names Insights, Security, Individual Dashboard, EasyCLA, Mentorship, Crowdfunding, PCC, and Organization Dashboard among its tools. These serve different open-source project and administration needs.

How do I get support with my LFX account?
Linux Foundation-managed services use an LF account and SSO as the sign-in entry point. Account creation includes email verification. The SSO documentation lists Google, Facebook, GitHub, and LinkedIn as available identity providers. If you have an account or sign-in problem, use the Linux Foundation support portal, which the SSO documentation identifies as the route for help.
Where can I see projects I support?
Sign in to the Individual Dashboard and open its Supported Projects area. The dashboard displays the project name and enrollment date for an individual’s supported projects. This is the individual supporter view; it is different from organizational membership information and PCC project administration.

How do I find organization membership information?
Use the Organization Dashboard membership view. Its documentation describes areas for active, expired, and discoverable membership. What an organization can join and what benefits are available depend on the individual project, so consult that project’s current membership terms rather than assuming a single Linux Foundation-wide offer.
What is PCC, and who can access it?
Project Control Center is intended for administrators and managers of Linux Foundation-associated projects. Its documented scope spans governance, membership, IT, collaboration, documentation, and community roles. The current PCC overview says access is restricted and directs users to open a support ticket to request access.
Rank #2
Why can’t I see my project in PCC?
First distinguish an access problem from an account sign-in problem: PCC access is restricted, so being able to sign in to an LF account does not by itself establish that you can administer a project. Request PCC access through a support ticket. A guide for the former PCC V1 dashboard describes submitting a support request when a managed project is missing, but its old “Get Help” interface sequence is not confirmed as current; follow the support route available to you rather than relying on those legacy screen labels.
What membership settings can project administrators manage?
PCC membership configuration can include the following settings. These are project-level controls and fields, not features guaranteed to be configured identically across every project.
Rank #3
- Membership operations: auto-renewal, payment frequency, proration, invoicing, and notification group.
- Enrollment: whether new members may enroll automatically, whether auto-join is enabled, and whether approval is required.
- Tier details: tier name and benefits, pricing type and price points, employee count, membership term, and activity status.
For a specific membership, compare the project’s own current terms, especially its price structure, term, benefits, approval requirements, and auto-join rules.
