How do I contact Ledger Support?
- Open the Ledger Support homepage by typing the address yourself or using a trusted bookmark.
- Search for your issue and select the relevant help topic, such as Ledger Wallet, crypto assets, another Ledger product, or an order or shipment.
- Use the contact option offered on that topic’s page. Ledger’s support homepage currently surfaces email verification, while its phishing guidance identifies the official support chat widget. Follow the live instructions; contact steps and interface labels can change.
Do not use contact details sent in an unsolicited message or rely on a search-ad result. If you are unsure whether a support page is genuine, return to Ledger’s support homepage and navigate from there.

What is the official Ledger website?
Ledger’s official support site is support.ledger.com. For the Ledger Wallet application, Ledger identifies ledger.com/ledger-live as the official download location. Navigate to Ledger’s own site rather than downloading an app from an ad, a third-party site, or a link sent by a supposed support agent.

Ledger says, “Ledger will never contact you via text message or phone call.” Its phishing guidance also warns about apparent Ledger contact through WhatsApp, Telegram, and postal mail, and says it will not direct users to contact the company through unofficial channels. An unexpected message urging you to act or move to another channel should be treated cautiously.

Ledger lists these authentic email domains: @ledger.fr, @ledger.com, @ledgerwallet.com, and @ledger.zendesk.com. A matching-looking sender address is not proof that a message is genuine: Ledger warns that fake domains can differ by only a small spelling change. Verify the issue by navigating independently to the official support site.
Ledger also says it does not send emails asking users to update device firmware or operating systems or to enable two-factor authentication. Do not follow links in such a message; check any concern through Ledger’s official support flow.

Will Ledger Support ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Ledger states: “Never share the 24 words of your recovery phrase with anyone under any circumstances.” Ledger and Ledger Support will never ask for it, and Ledger says it should never be entered into a computer. A website or person claiming to provide support who requests the phrase is a scam warning. Do not type it into a site, app, chat, or form, and do not send it to anyone.

If you have already shared it
Anyone who obtains your recovery phrase can access accounts derived from it. Do not disclose the phrase again, including to someone offering to help. Go directly to Ledger’s official security and support information for guidance on securing your wallet. A support contact cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.

What should I know about Ledger devices?
Ledger describes its hardware wallets as physical devices that store private keys in a Secure Element and work with a companion application; transactions are confirmed on the device. Its Legal Center lists materials for Nano S Plus, Nano X, Stax, Flex, and Nano Gen5. Those names are not a feature comparison or recommendation: check Ledger’s current official product information for compatibility and suitability before choosing a device.
If you are replacing or buying a device, Ledger’s support article names Ledger.com and selected official Amazon storefronts in specific countries. The Amazon storefront list in that article is dated April 10, 2024, so it does not establish current availability in every country or for every model.
