Xbox Game Pass can be worth it for a Ubisoft-focused player, but mainly if the Ubisoft+ Classics titles they want are currently available and they will also use enough of Ultimate’s other benefits to justify its recurring cost. In the US listings checked on October 7, 2026, Ubisoft+ Classics is included with Game Pass Ultimate, not Premium or PC Game Pass. PC Game Pass and Ultimate members may separately access select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows through the Xbox app; that is not the same as a Ubisoft+ Classics subscription.
Which Game Pass plans include Ubisoft games?
Xbox offers two distinct Ubisoft-related routes, and neither should be read as access to every Ubisoft game. Ubisoft+ Classics is an included Ultimate benefit. Separately, Xbox says PC Game Pass and Ultimate members can access select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows through the Xbox app.

| Plan | US recurring monthly price listed October 7, 2026 | Ubisoft-related access described by Xbox |
|---|---|---|
| Game Pass Ultimate | $22.99/month | Ubisoft+ Classics; also select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows through the Xbox app. |
| Game Pass Premium | $14.99/month | Ubisoft+ Classics is not included in Xbox’s plan comparison. |
| PC Game Pass | $13.99/month | Ubisoft+ Classics is not included in Xbox’s comparison; select Ubisoft Connect titles are available on Windows through the Xbox app. |
These are prices on the US Xbox pages reviewed, not universal prices. Local pricing, offers, taxes, and availability can differ or change. The Ultimate US store listing says the subscription renews automatically unless canceled through the Microsoft account, so compare the recurring price rather than a separately displayed promotion. Xbox describes Ubisoft+ Classics as a collection of 50+ games. That is a collection-size headline, not a promise that a particular Ubisoft title is included now, in your region, or on your platform. The Xbox catalog notice says: “Game titles, number, features, and availability vary over time, by region, XBOX Game Pass plan, and platform.”

The pages reviewed do not provide a complete named live list that establishes the availability of every specific game. Before subscribing, search for each title you intend to play in the Xbox Game Pass catalog and check the listing for your platform and region. Recheck availability if you plan to rely on access for longer: catalog membership is not permanent ownership.
When is Ultimate worth it for a Ubisoft-focused player?
It can make sense if the games you want are in the current Classics selection
If the titles you expect to play are currently included, Ultimate gives you access to Ubisoft+ Classics alongside its broader Game Pass library, which Xbox lists as 500+ games on the US plan page. The Classics selection is described as 50+ games. Neither count confirms that any one desired game is available, so verify titles individually before treating the subscription as a substitute for buying them.

It is harder to justify if Ubisoft is the only benefit you will use
Ultimate is listed at $22.99/month in the US. If you mainly want Ubisoft games, compare that recurring charge with what you would otherwise spend to buy or access the specific games you will actually play during that month. If you will not use the broader library or other Ultimate benefits, do not count them as savings.

PC Game Pass is listed at $13.99/month in the US and does not include Ubisoft+ Classics. It may still be relevant if the Ubisoft games you want are among the select Ubisoft Connect titles accessible on Windows through the Xbox app. Confirm each title rather than assuming that select access covers the full Ubisoft catalog. If your desired games depend on Ubisoft+ Classics, the PC Game Pass listing does not include that benefit.

How to decide before you subscribe
- Write down the games. List the Ubisoft titles you genuinely expect to play during the next month, rather than relying on the Ubisoft label or collection-size headline.
- Check the live catalog. Search each game in Xbox’s catalog and confirm its current availability for your region, plan, and platform. For Windows, distinguish Ubisoft+ Classics from select Ubisoft Connect access through the Xbox app.
- Compare the recurring cost with your alternative. Estimate what you would otherwise pay to buy or access those specific games over the period you expect to play them. No universal break-even point is established; the result depends on your games and usage.
- Count other benefits only if you will use them. Ultimate’s broader library may add value for you, but only games and features you expect to use should affect your decision.
- Account for changing access. A catalog listing can change over time. If you subscribe, check the catalog again before planning around continued access to a particular title.
What the plan and library numbers do—and do not—tell you
Xbox’s US pages list 500+ games for Ultimate and 200+ for Premium, and describe Ubisoft+ Classics as 50+ games. These are broad collection counts on pages accessed October 7, 2026; they are not a guarantee of a particular title’s inclusion or continued availability. The official catalog caveat applies across time, region, plan, and platform.
Premium’s lower US price does not make it a cheaper way to get the Ubisoft+ Classics benefit: Xbox’s comparison says Premium does not include it. PC Game Pass is also listed below Ultimate in price, but its select Windows Ubisoft Connect access is a separate, narrower description. Choose based on the actual game listings you need, not just the plan name or headline count.
