Piensa Solutions may suit a small site serving Spain or nearby Europe, but the evidence does not support a blanket performance verdict. Its services range from shared and WordPress hosting to VPS and dedicated servers; the right fit depends on how much server control you need and how much administration you can handle. HostAdvice’s test of one Professional shared-hosting WordPress site found faster early loading near the Madrid server than in Texas, while its Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) results ran in the opposite direction. The test was a pair of single runs, not a benchmark of every plan or customer.
What Piensa Solutions offers
Piensa Solutions is a Spain-based provider with several distinct hosting types. Its official product pages describe shared hosting, WordPress-specific hosting, VPS plans and dedicated servers. Those categories differ in management responsibility and resource isolation, so compare the service type—not just the advertised price.

| Service | What the provider describes | Most relevant for |
|---|---|---|
| Shared hosting | Personal, Professional and Business tiers with plan-specific storage, email, RAM limits and MySQL databases. The page advertises unlimited transfer, SSL and a domain included for the first year. | Smaller sites whose owners want a hosting plan rather than responsibility for administering a server. |
| WordPress hosting | A separate line with a free Mini plan, limited to one per customer, plus paid Basic, Professional IA and Premium IA plans. | People seeking a WordPress-focused offer; check the paid tiers and limits rather than assuming the free Mini plan is equivalent to general shared hosting. |
| VPS | Virtual servers with root access. Listed configurations range from 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 60 GB NVMe storage to 12 vCPU, 24 GB RAM and 720 GB NVMe storage. | Operators who need root access and can take on server administration. |
| Dedicated servers | The provider describes these as physical machines with resources exclusive to one customer. | Workloads that require exclusive physical resources and justify the additional administration and cost. |
The provider advertises Spain-based hosting. Its VPS page also lists 1 Gbps connectivity and unlimited transfer, and describes backups and Plesk as optional add-ons. These are provider descriptions, not independent proof of sustained speed, uptime or performance under load. See the shared-hosting plans, WordPress hosting, VPS plans and dedicated-server information for the current offers.

HostAdvice tested one Professional shared-hosting account with a WordPress site using GTmetrix. The report says the server was in Madrid and compares one run from Madrid with one from San Antonio, Texas. It is evidence about that site and those runs, not every Piensa Solutions plan or a repeated, controlled benchmark. HostAdvice’s review and test results provide the full account.
#1 Best Overall

| GTmetrix measure | Madrid run | San Antonio run |
|---|---|---|
| Performance | 72% | 68% |
| Structure | 77% | 69% |
| Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) | 3.4 s | 2.7 s |
| Total Blocking Time (TBT) | 49 ms | 3 ms |
| Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) | 0 | 0 |
| Time to First Byte (TTFB) | 462 ms | 1.0 s |
| First Contentful Paint (FCP) | 1.0 s | 2.2 s |
| Fully loaded time | 3.4 s | 3.7 s |
The Madrid run had lower TTFB and faster FCP, consistent with the server being in Spain and the test location being closer. LCP did not follow that pattern: it was slower in Madrid than in San Antonio. HostAdvice notes that each result came from a single run and suggests run-to-run variation as the likeliest explanation for this counter-pattern. Treat LCP as uncertain here rather than selecting the more favorable number as a general result.
The tested page was not a minimal WordPress install: HostAdvice reports Elementor, Depicter and other plugins, with no caching or image-optimization plugin active. It also describes a 4 GB maximum RAM figure as the shared plan’s ceiling, not memory reserved solely for the account. The report’s conclusion characterizes the plan as handling its tested plugin-heavy site reasonably near Madrid, citing FCP under a second and no layout shift. That is the reviewer’s assessment of this setup, not a guarantee for other sites.

Please note that this hub is compatible with MacBook (macOS 12 and newer), Windows 10 and 11, ChromeOS, and laptops equipped with DP Alt Mode and Power Delivery. For a site whose visitors are mainly in Spain or nearby Europe, the test suggests reasonably quick early rendering in the tested configuration. For visitors farther away, the higher Texas TTFB and slower FCP show a geographic latency cost. The results do not establish uptime, long-term consistency, performance under load or results on other plans. Check response from your actual audience locations and repeat tests on your own site and configuration.

The official shared-hosting page advertises a starting price of €1 per month, but that is a starting promotional claim, not the price of every tier or a verified renewal rate. It displays Personal, Professional and Business plans and says a domain is included for the first year. Current prices and inclusions can change; verify the selected plan’s checkout amount, billing interval, VAT, renewal price and domain renewal before paying. The provider’s live plan page is the place to confirm current terms.

As a separate checkout observation, HostAdvice reported that its tested Professional account was billed at €7.95 per month on monthly billing, compared with €83.40 for annual billing. The annual total works out to €6.95 per month when divided across 12 months; it is not the monthly-billed price. The review said the €6.95 figure displayed as the regular plan price corresponded to that annualized annual-billing amount. This is the reviewer’s observed account price, not a guarantee of today’s rate or a price for all plans. The same account experience included separately priced add-ons and domain costs, and domain protection appeared active during checkout. HostAdvice’s account and checkout observations explain that example.
- Compare the total due now at the chosen billing interval, not only a per-month equivalent.
- Check VAT, any add-ons selected, and whether domain protection or another extra is included in the checkout total.
- Confirm the renewal price and domain renewal cost separately; the reviewed material does not establish current renewal pricing across all plans.
WordPress plan limits and shared-hosting features
The provider’s shared-hosting page lists SSD web storage, email accounts, maximum RAM and MySQL database limits that vary by Personal, Professional and Business tier. It also lists unlimited transfer, SSL, CMS compatibility, a first-year domain inclusion and a 30-day guarantee. These are current page claims, so confirm the exact allowance and terms for the plan you select.

The same page states PHP 8 and MySQL 8 as current stable versions and says PHP memory can be increased up to 512 MB and PHP processes up to 12, depending on plan. It describes DV SSL as included and automatically installed. Check the selected tier for its actual limits and availability rather than assuming every plan includes the maximum values.
Recommended Free Tools
The WordPress Mini offer is distinct from the shared-hosting tiers: the provider describes it as free forever, limited to one per customer, with 1 GB of web space and a 2 GB database. Basic, Professional IA and Premium IA are paid WordPress plans with different storage and features. Review the eligibility and upgrade terms on the WordPress hosting page before treating the Mini plan as a fit for a production site.

Signup, language and support considerations
In its signup and account experience, HostAdvice reports a Spanish-first control panel and says it did not find an in-panel language selector; a non-Spanish speaker may need browser translation. The reviewer also encountered a Spanish NIF/NIE requirement when creating an individual account and says extra care was needed to associate the intended existing domain. These are observations from that test, not a definitive statement about every customer’s eligibility or every signup path. If you are registering from outside Spain or bringing a domain, confirm the required identity details and domain-association steps before checkout. HostAdvice’s signup observations describe the experience.
The shared-hosting page lists phone, email and live chat support, with stated weekday hours. Confirm the current schedule and available language on the provider’s support and hosting information.
Which service type fits your site?
- Consider shared hosting for a small site when you do not need root access and prefer not to administer a server. Check the plan’s storage, databases, email and RAM ceiling against your site’s needs.
- Consider the WordPress line if you want a WordPress-focused offer. Treat Mini as a specifically limited, one-per-customer free plan, and compare the paid tiers for the resources and features your site requires.
- Consider a VPS if you need root access and can manage server configuration, updates and security. Compare the listed CPU, RAM and NVMe storage, and account for optional backups or management tools.
- Consider a dedicated server only if exclusive physical resources are important enough to justify the operational responsibility. The provider’s description of isolation is not an independent performance guarantee.
Location matters alongside plan size: Spain-based infrastructure may be convenient for a Spanish or nearby European audience, while global traffic may benefit from a CDN. The GTmetrix comparison is too limited to predict the effect for a different site, so use measurements from the places your visitors actually connect from.
Verdict: Is Piensa Solutions worth it?
Piensa Solutions is worth considering if your site’s needs match one of its service types, Spain is a useful server location for your audience, and you are comfortable confirming the language, signup and billing details. The strongest performance evidence is narrow: one plugin-heavy WordPress site on shared Professional hosting had quicker early-loading measures in Madrid than in Texas, but the LCP comparison varied in the opposite direction. That supports a cautious, geography-aware evaluation—not a broad claim that every plan is fast or reliable. Make the decision using the exact plan limits and checkout terms, then judge performance against your own workload and visitor locations.
