What Nimbus Screenshot includes—and what Pro adds
The product now appears on FuseBase’s site as a screenshot and screen-recording tool, while the Firefox add-on still uses the Nimbus Screenshot name. FuseBase’s terms identify the company as operated by Nimbus Web, Inc. The names and product pages overlap; they do not establish that every historical Nimbus app or plan is identical to today’s FuseBase offering.

The vendor describes website-page capture, blur, annotation and upload, as well as recording the screen, microphone and webcam. Its wider suite also includes video trimming and cropping, MP4/GIF export, a content library, link sharing and team collaboration features. These may matter for training, bug reports or client explanations, but are separate from the basic task of saving a webpage screenshot.
The official Capture Pro order page lists unlimited screenshots, unlimited recording length, watermarks, video trim/crop, MP4 and GIF export, LaTeX formula support and unlimited uploads. “Unlimited” is the vendor’s plan description, not an independently tested capacity figure.

When paying makes sense for screenshot-only use
- Occasional captures or a simple archive: start with the free workflow. If it lets you capture the full page, annotate or blur as needed, and save locally, the paid features established here may not address a real limitation.
- Frequent full-page work: Pro’s unlimited-screenshots promise could matter if the free plan imposes a quota that you hit. The available official information does not specify a current free screenshot allowance, so verify the limit rather than assuming one.
- Visual explanations for other people: recording, editing, export, sharing and collaboration may make the bundle worthwhile even if screenshots are how you begin. This is a case for the broader product, not for screenshots alone.
What the free limit and current price actually establish
FuseBase’s product FAQ says free video recordings can run for up to five minutes and Pro recordings for up to ten hours. Those are video-duration limits, not screenshot quotas; they do not answer how many screenshots the free tier permits.
The official Capture Pro checkout material identifies a “Capture PRO Solo license” for one account, billed yearly until canceled, but the retrieved page does not show a dollar amount. G2 lists Pro and Team at $5 per user per month, Combo Pro at $9 per user per month, and Combo Business at $12 per user per month. G2’s page has an April 9, 2026 update line but also says its pricing information was last updated October 9, 2024. Treat those as uncertain secondary figures, not a current quote; verify the amount and billing term at checkout before buying.

Check these details before subscribing
- Capture a few representative pages in the free version. Confirm that full-page capture, blur or annotation, and local saving work for your needs.
- Check the current free screenshot quota directly in the product or current plan information. Do not infer it from the five-minute free video limit.
- Decide whether you need recording, video export, branded sharing, storage or team collaboration. If not, you may be paying for capabilities you will not use.
- Confirm the paid plan’s current price, renewal interval and cancellation terms on the live checkout page.
- Review the browser extension’s current store listing and requested permissions. The Firefox listing specifically describes broad access to tabs and website data; its version 15.6.9 entry says it was last updated July 31, 2020. That is a Firefox-specific maintenance signal, not evidence about Chrome or Edge.
