On paper, the iQOO Neo 10 is the stronger phone: a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, 120W charging, a 1.5K display and a 32MP selfie camera. The realme P4 5G answers with a Dimensity 7400 Ultra, 80W charging and a 1080p panel. Both carry a 7000mAh battery and a 144Hz AMOLED screen. The price gap is the hard part: the two figures available are not from the same date, so a precise current difference can’t be stated. This guide covers what the official pages say, what they don’t prove, and how to compare prices properly.
Specs side by side
All values below come from the manufacturers’ India pages: the iQOO Neo 10 page and the realme P4 5G specifications page. Pages can change by SKU or revision.

Where the differences matter
Processor
The chips are from different tiers, and the Neo 10’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is a higher-end platform than the P4’s Dimensity 7400 Ultra. That is a statement about the listed platforms, though. No independent benchmark, thermal or sustained-gaming test is cited here, so how much the gap shows in daily use or in games is not established.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDisplay
Both list 144Hz AMOLED panels at about 6.8 inches. The iQOO lists a 1.5K resolution (2800×1260), while realme lists 1080×2392. The iQOO is sharper on paper. These are manufacturer specifications, not measurements of brightness, colour accuracy or real-world smoothness.

Battery and charging
Both quote a 7000mAh typical capacity. realme also states a 6830mAh minimum. Charging is the clearest difference: 120W for iQOO against 80W for realme. Real endurance and actual charge times depend on the chip, software and charger, and none of these have been independently tested in the sources used here.
Cameras
The rear setups look alike on paper: a 50MP main and an 8MP secondary lens. iQOO calls its second lens ultra-wide and realme calls its lens wide-angle. The selfie camera is 32MP on the iQOO and 16MP on the realme. Megapixel counts say little about image quality, and no sample-based comparison is available here.

Memory and storage
The iQOO page shows a wider range, up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The realme tops out at 8GB and 256GB. If you want more than 256GB, only the Neo 10 lists it.
Software
The realme P4 page lists realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15. iQOO’s Neo 10 is associated with Funtouch OS 15 on Android 15, but check the live iQOO page for the version shipping now. Neither source here states update-support length, so compare that on the official pages before buying.

Price difference: what is actually known
- realme P4 5G: the realme India Store listing showed ₹30,999 for the 8GB+128GB Steel Grey model when it was accessed, with an MRP of ₹45,999. Discounts and offers on such listings change often.
- iQOO Neo 10: the iQOO India launch post gave ₹31,999 for 8GB+128GB. That is launch pricing, not a current retailer quote.
Taken at face value, the figures are ₹1,000 apart. They are not contemporaneous, so that number shouldn’t be treated as today’s gap. Prices of phones usually move after launch through sales, bank offers and exchange bonuses.
How to compare live prices fairly
- Match the tier: 8GB+128GB against 8GB+128GB. The Neo 10’s higher tiers have no like-for-like equivalent on the realme.
- Open the official iQOO and realme stores plus one major marketplace, and note the date and time.
- Record the selling price before offers, then list bank discounts, coupons and exchange values separately.
- Check what is in the box, since charger inclusion can affect the real cost of fast charging.
Which should you pick?
- Choose the iQOO Neo 10 if you want the stronger chip platform, the sharper 1.5K screen, 120W charging, a 32MP selfie camera, or the option of 12/16GB RAM or 512GB storage, and its live price for the same tier is close to the realme’s.
- Choose the realme P4 5G if it is meaningfully cheaper after offers and you are fine with a 1080p panel and 80W charging. It offers a similar battery size and the same 144Hz headline refresh rate.
If the live prices for 8GB+128GB are within a few thousand rupees of each other, the iQOO’s listed hardware advantages make it the better value on paper. If realme’s offer price is far lower, the P4 becomes the budget choice. Independent reviews of battery life, camera output and thermals would settle the remaining questions, because the official pages cannot.
