Which display is better?
The 13 Pro is the stronger choice if smooth scrolling and animation are important: its ProMotion display can adapt its refresh rate up to 120Hz. The iPhone 15 does not have ProMotion, but it adds Dynamic Island and has higher listed peak brightness. The better fit depends on whether you value the higher refresh rate or the newer interface and brightness specifications.

iPhone 15: high-resolution main camera and 2x framing
The iPhone 15 pairs a 48MP main camera with a 12MP ultra-wide camera. It can provide a 2x telephoto framing option by using the quad-pixel main sensor; that is not a separate telephoto lens. Choose based on whether you prefer the 13 Pro’s dedicated 3x camera or the 15’s higher-resolution main-camera approach and 2x framing.

Which has better battery life?
Apple estimates up to 22 hours of video playback for the 13 Pro and up to 20 hours for the iPhone 15. Those figures are Apple’s estimates rather than a direct comparative test. USB-C, charging and accessories
The iPhone 15 uses USB-C, while the 13 Pro uses Lightning. If your everyday cables and accessories use one connector, that difference may make the transition simpler or require new cables. The 13 Pro has a stainless-steel design and weighs 204 g. The iPhone 15 uses aluminum and weighs 171 g, so it is lighter. Apple lists both as IP68 under IEC 60529, with resistance to a maximum depth of 6 meters for up to 30 minutes under laboratory conditions.
