What does the ₹4,500 price difference mean?
At the time the official India product pages were reviewed, Infinix listed the Note 50X at ₹13,499 on sale, against a displayed regular price of ₹14,999. The Note 50s was listed at ₹17,999 on sale, against ₹19,999 regular. Subtracting the displayed sale prices gives a ₹4,500 gap. These are the manufacturer’s listed prices observed at review time, not a promise of current stock or a checkout price.

A third-party 91mobiles comparison showed a different snapshot: ₹13,499 for the Note 50X and ₹21,999 for the Note 50s, with both marked out of stock. That difference illustrates why a comparison should use current listings rather than assume prices remain fixed. Before buying, compare the same RAM and storage variant, selected offers, availability, and final checkout total. Which phone has the better display?
The Note 50s is the clear choice on the published display specifications. Its AMOLED panel has higher stated resolution and a higher maximum refresh rate than the Note 50X’s LCD. That gives the 50s a stronger paper specification for readers who prioritize a sharper screen, AMOLED technology, or smoother supported refresh rates. These figures alone do not establish brightness, color accuracy, or how often the phone uses its maximum refresh rate.

Do the camera specifications make the Note 50s better?
The Note 50s has higher listed camera resolutions: a 64MP main camera and 2MP macro camera at the rear, plus a 13MP front camera. The Note 50X lists a 50MP rear main camera and an 8MP front camera. Resolution and camera count do not demonstrate which phone takes better photos. The listed specifications do not establish comparative image quality, low-light results, color, or stabilization.
Are performance and battery life the same?
Chipset
Both manufacturer listings name the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate. A shared chipset is a useful point of comparison, but it is not enough to declare identical everyday performance or a gaming winner; those conclusions would require comparable testing.

Battery
Both phones list a 5,500mAh battery. Equal capacity does not mean equal battery life. 91mobiles reports battery-test durations of 12 hours 5 minutes for the Note 50X and 11 hours 36 minutes for the Note 50s, but its surfaced comparison summary does not provide enough test-method detail to treat those results as a reliable prediction of typical use.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the Note 50X if price matters most. It had the lower sale price on Infinix’s reviewed India listing while retaining the same named chipset and stated battery capacity. Check the live price and variant before deciding.
- Consider the Note 50s if the screen matters more. Its listed FHD+ AMOLED display and up-to-144Hz refresh rate are the most substantial specification upgrades, at a higher displayed price.
- Treat camera figures as a starting point, not a verdict. The 50s lists higher resolutions, but the available specifications do not prove better photos.
Release dates and scope
91mobiles lists 3 April 2025 for the Note 50X and 24 April 2025 for the Note 50s 5G+. These are third-party database release dates, not independently verified launch-announcement dates.
