YouTube broadcast और video stream में क्या फर्क है?

Cloud playout service
Cloud service अपने infrastructure से prerecorded media feed भेज सकती है, इसलिए आपके घर का computer लगातार चालू रखने की जरूरत नहीं होती। सेवा चुनने से पहले उसके plan, अवधि, configuration और उपलब्धता की शर्तें जांचें। किसी vendor की सुविधा या सीमा को YouTube की सार्वभौमिक सीमा न समझें।

- Channel verified होना चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live-streaming restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए। पात्रता और उपलब्ध तरीकों के लिए YouTube की live streaming सहायता देखें।
- Live content को YouTube Community Guidelines और Terms of Service का पालन करना होगा।
- किसी cartoon के प्रसारण के अधिकार अलग प्रश्न हैं। संबंधित वीडियो के rights और अनुमति की जिम्मेदारी stream करने वाले की है; YouTube के सामान्य live-stream नियम किसी खास cartoon के उपयोग का अधिकार नहीं देते।
इस विषय में उपलब्ध आधिकारिक जानकारी India के लिए अलग continuous-stream कानूनी नियम या हर encoder/service की वर्तमान उपलब्धता स्थापित नहीं करती। इसलिए किसी खास अवधि या सेवा को भारत में निश्चित रूप से उपलब्ध मानने से पहले उसकी मौजूदा शर्तें जांचें।
