To watch SEC Network+ (SEC+), sign in to the ESPN app or ESPN.com/watch with a TV-provider account whose package includes SEC Network. SEC Network+ is a digital-only companion to the television network—not a standalone channel—and it is not the same service as ESPN+. Check the individual game listing before you watch, because SEC events can appear on different outlets.
What you need to watch SEC Network+
- A cable, satellite, telecom or streaming-TV subscription that includes SEC Network.
- The login for that provider account, used to authenticate in ESPN.
- The ESPN app on a supported device, or a web browser at ESPN.com/watch.
The SEC describes SEC Network+ as an online platform for additional events, not a television channel. Access is tied to an affiliated TV provider subscription with SEC Network. The SEC’s SEC Network/SEC Network+ FAQ explains the distinction; ESPN’s SEC Network support page also says a video subscription from an affiliated provider is required.

How to find and stream an SEC Network+ event
- Check the event’s outlet. Find the game on the official SEC schedule and note whether it is listed as SECN+, SEC Network, ESPN+ or another outlet. The destination matters: an SEC Network+ login does not automatically cover an event assigned to a different service.
- Verify your TV package. Use the SEC’s channel finder as a starting point, then confirm with your provider that SEC Network is included in your specific package and available in your area.
- Open ESPN and authenticate. Launch the ESPN app on a supported phone, tablet or connected streaming device, or visit ESPN.com/watch. Choose the TV-provider sign-in option and enter the credentials associated with the qualifying subscription.
- Select the event stream. Once signed in, choose the SEC Network+ listing for the game. To watch on a television, use the ESPN app on a compatible connected device; having the device alone does not grant access to the stream.
SEC Network+, SEC Network and ESPN+: what is the difference?

A game may be designated for SEC Network+, ESPN+ or another outlet. Treat the event’s listing as the guide to where it streams rather than assuming that one service or login covers all SEC games.

Can you watch SEC Network+ on a TV?
Yes, if your television setup can run the ESPN app—for example, a compatible connected streaming device or a supported smart TV. ESPN support lists connected-device platforms including Roku. You still need to authenticate with a provider subscription that includes SEC Network; installing the app or owning a streaming device does not replace that requirement. Supported devices and app availability can change, so check ESPN’s device and access guidance for current details.

If the stream is missing or will not play
- Confirm the outlet. Recheck the schedule entry: the game may be on SEC Network, ESPN+ or another outlet rather than SEC Network+.
- Check the package. Make sure the signed-in provider account’s current package includes SEC Network. Provider lineups and package names vary.
- Use the correct provider login. Authenticate with the account tied to the subscription, not merely an ESPN account or a device-platform account.
- Verify local availability. The SEC channel finder can help identify provider options, but confirm present package terms and availability directly with the provider.
How many events are on SEC Network+?
The SEC’s 2021 explainer described more than 1,400 live events each year across SEC Network and its digital platform; that dated figure is not a guarantee of the current annual total. In 2026, the SEC described hundreds of additional live events as available through SEC Network+ via the ESPN app and SECNetwork.com, without giving an exact count. For a particular game, the official schedule is more useful than a season-wide estimate.
