These requirements are for Update 1.3.0, released October 1, 2026. IO Interactive describes Extended Operations as free DLC; the update is listed for PlayStation 5, Steam, Xbox Series, Microsoft PC, and Epic Games Store. IO Interactive’s Update 1.3.0 patch notes are the source for unlock requirements, while its Extended Operations announcement describes the new activities.

Campaign rewards: finish the story
New Game+
Complete the entire campaign on any difficulty. The official notes do not require a particular difficulty. In New Game+, the journal lets you switch outfits and restart from a checkpoint. You can swap gadgets during a mission only after those gadgets have become available in the story.
00 difficulty
Complete the campaign to unlock 00 difficulty. It increases the challenge with tougher enemies, faster detection, harder hits, and reduced restoration of gadget resources.

Both weapons require a clearance level as well as Intel. Reach the required level, then spend the listed amount in TacSim.

The official notes do not give weapon-performance statistics, so the listed requirements and costs are the supported basis for choosing which one to pursue first.

The One More outfit is listed as a Twitch Drop available from October 1, 2026, at 15:00 UTC through October 16, 2026, at 17:00 UTC. The patch notes do not specify a watch-time threshold or complete claim procedure. Check the active Twitch Drops campaign for its viewing and claim instructions; do not assume a particular viewing duration from the patch notes alone.

Valhalla Protocol
This adds four TacSim missions in the Slovakian mountains, with the Aston Martin Valhalla in day and night settings. Use the car’s weapons to hit targets, earn time bonuses, and aim for a high score. These missions are new activities, not a listed cosmetic reward unlock.

Jungle Heist
This is a TacSim operation at The Pearl resort in Vietnam. Retrieve classified documents from a villa safe; IO Interactive says attempts vary. The operation itself is new content, not a separately earned outfit or weapon reward.
Photo Mode and other changes
Photo Mode adds controls for hiding the UI, posing, camera position and lens, brightness and post-processing filters, backgrounds, and logos. The patch notes give no progression gate for it. The update also improves weapon-handling animations and includes more than 700 fixes and improvements; neither is an unlockable reward.
