If you mean the Microsoft account linked to Minecraft on your PlayStation, unlink it from inside Minecraft—not from standard PlayStation account settings. On the PSN profile currently linked, open Minecraft > Settings > Account > Unlink Microsoft Account, confirm, then choose Unlink. These steps address Minecraft’s Microsoft-to-PSN link, not every connection between a Microsoft account and a PlayStation account.
Unlink the accounts in Minecraft

On the PlayStation user profile linked to the Microsoft account, open Minecraft.

From the game’s home screen, select Settings.

Open the Account tab.

Select Unlink Microsoft Account.

Confirm that you want to unlink the accounts, then select Unlink.

The dedicated in-game option is the supported unlink route described by Minecraft Help. Uninstalling Minecraft, changing consoles, or removing a PlayStation app authorization does not replace these steps.

What unlinking changes
Unlinking does not delete purchases. Minecraft says purchases remain with the account that made them. However, the association affects more than the base game: other Minecraft titles on that PlayStation profile, including Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Legends, are also unlinked from that PSN account.
While you are not signed in with a Microsoft account in Minecraft, you lose access to Microsoft-account features described by Minecraft Help, including cross-platform play, Realms access, and eligible Marketplace purchases made on other platforms. Minecraft’s PlayStation FAQ explains that linking supports those features. New Marketplace purchases in the PlayStation version use Minecraft Tokens in the PlayStation Minecraft Store.

Choose the right action: sign out, unlink, or recover

Sign out if you only want to end the current Microsoft-account session. Minecraft documents Settings > Profile > Sign out of your Microsoft Account for PlayStation. Signing out is not necessarily the same as removing the account association.

Unlink if you want to remove the Minecraft-to-PSN association. Use the dedicated Settings > Account > Unlink Microsoft Account option.

Recover the linked account if you cannot sign in and want to regain access to it. Use Microsoft account recovery, then try Minecraft’s unlink steps.
Unlinking should not be treated as a guarantee that you can freely attach any other Microsoft account afterward; follow the game’s on-screen prompts and account-link rules.

If you cannot access the linked Microsoft account
Minecraft Help describes an alternate flow: attempting to sign in with a different Microsoft account may produce an error that offers an option to unlink without signing in to the currently linked account. The prompt and its availability can vary, so follow the exact instructions in Minecraft’s unlink and error-resolution guidance. If that option does not appear, account recovery is the documented next step; do not assume support can manually detach the accounts.
Why PlayStation Authorized Apps is different
PlayStation’s Authorized Apps setting manages third-party apps and services allowed to access some PSN account data. You can manage those permissions through PlayStation’s account management or console/app settings, as explained in PlayStation Support’s authorized-apps guide. Removing an authorization does not perform Minecraft’s in-game Microsoft-account unlink.
