To end a normal session in the Brick phone app, tap your phone to the physical Brick device again. If you do not have the device or need urgent access, use one of the app’s limited Emergency Unbricks in Brick Settings.
End a normal Brick session with the physical device
- Find the physical Brick you used to start the session.
- Tap your phone against the Brick again. Brick’s product instructions describe this as the way to regain access to the apps you blocked. Brick product instructions
Use an Emergency Unbrick if you cannot reach your Brick
Brick’s FAQ says the app includes five Emergency Unbricks that automatically unblock apps. Its support instructions say to open Brick Settings and select Use an Emergency Unbrick. Why deleting the app may not end the session
Brick Support says Strict Mode prevents deleting the Brick app during an active session. Brick also describes using a Screen Time passcode and Apple Shortcuts to restrict access to settings. Deleting the app is therefore not Brick’s documented standard method for ending a session. Brick Support: Make Brick Stricter

| Neither method works, or you have run out of Emergency Unbricks | Email [email protected]. Brick’s published materials do not promise a support override or account-side reset. |
Check compatibility information before troubleshooting
Brick’s own pages give different minimum iOS versions: its FAQ says iOS 18.0 or later, while its product page says iOS 17.0 or later. Check the current App Store listing or ask Brick Support for the requirement that applies to your device. Brick FAQ · Brick product page
This guidance applies to the Brick phone app and physical device from Brick LLC. If you mean another app named Brick, its session controls may be different.
