Start by identifying the task
A notification setting and a purchase setting are controlled in different places. Before changing anything, decide which outcome you need. Starting with the wrong setting is a common way to mute an alert without stopping a renewal, or to delete an app while leaving a store charge unresolved.

The US App Store listing identifies Solitaire Clash as a free iPhone and iPad game from Aviagames Inc. “Free” describes the download, not necessarily every optional transaction available in the app. Availability of features, subscriptions, and payment options can differ by country, platform, account, and app version.

Write down the platform that processed the payment before taking action. A bank statement may show Apple or Google as the merchant, while a game screen may show only a virtual item or a shortened description. The merchant and the account receipt determine which support and refund route applies. If you have both an iPhone and an Android device, check both store accounts rather than assuming a charge followed the device.

Turn off Solitaire Clash notifications
No authoritative Solitaire Clash help page was found that confirms a current in-game notification switch or a particular menu path. Do not rely on instructions for a different solitaire game. The dependable workaround is to control the app at the operating-system level. These controls silence notifications generated by the app even when the game itself offers no documented toggle.
System controls are permission controls, not an account setting. They apply to the device on which you change them. If you sign into Solitaire Clash on another phone or tablet, that second device can have its own notification permission and may still alert you. Likewise, reinstalling the app can cause the operating system to ask for notification permission again, depending on the platform and software version.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings.
- Open Notifications (on some versions, you may need to select the app from the notification list).
- Select Solitaire Clash.
- Turn off Allow Notifications to block the app’s banners, sounds, badges, and lock-screen alerts.
Some iOS releases show separate controls for sounds, badges, banners, and delivery location. If you want reminders but not interruptions, leave notifications enabled and disable only the unwanted types. Labels and their placement can change with the iOS or iPadOS version and region, so use the current label shown on your device.
If Solitaire Clash is missing from the list, check whether it has requested permission yet, launch the app once, and return to Settings. A missing entry can also mean the app has not generated a notification on that device. Do not assume that an absent entry means a purchase or account problem.
When testing, close the game and wait for a normal alert opportunity rather than relying only on an old notification already stored in Notification Center. Turning off permission prevents new delivery; it does not necessarily erase a notification that was already displayed. If you only want fewer interruptions, use the individual sound, badge, banner, or lock-screen controls instead of disabling every notification type.
On an Android phone or tablet
- Open Settings.
- Open Notifications, then the section named App notifications, See all, or a similar label.
- Choose Solitaire Clash.
- Turn off the app’s notification permission, or disable individual notification categories if your Android version lists them.
Android manufacturers rename or rearrange these screens. If you cannot find the app, use Settings search for “app notifications” or “Solitaire Clash.” Category-level controls can let you keep account or payment notices while suppressing promotional alerts, but only if the game exposes those categories to Android.
Android may show a master switch and separate channels or categories. A master switch blocks everything from the app; a category switch affects only that channel. If an alert continues, return to the app’s notification page and inspect every enabled category. A phone manufacturer can also place notification permissions under an app-information screen, so searching Settings is often faster than following a model-specific menu tree.
When system controls do not stop an alert
- Check that the alert is actually from Solitaire Clash and not from a browser, email account, or another app.
- Review notification categories again; disabling one category may leave another active.
- Look for scheduled summaries, Focus modes, Do Not Disturb rules, or notification history that may change when an alert appears without disabling its source.
- Update the operating system and the game if an alert persists after permission is disabled, then test with the game closed.
- If the app still produces a message, capture its wording and the device’s software version before contacting Aviagames support. There is no verified Solitaire Clash-specific menu path to substitute for these system controls.
A scheduled summary or Focus setting can change when you see an alert, but it is not the same as revoking the app’s permission. If the message arrives by email or text, changing app notifications will not affect it; manage that channel with the email provider, messaging app, or account that sent it. Keep a screenshot of an unexpected alert if you need support to determine whether it came from the game or from another service.
Find a Solitaire Clash purchase on Apple devices
Apple’s purchase-history guidance says the account record can include free and paid App Store apps, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and other content. That record is the authoritative place to identify which Apple account was charged; it is not evidence that Solitaire Clash contains an in-game purchase-history page.

- Open Settings on the iPhone or iPad that was used to pay.
- Tap your name at the top to open the Apple Account area.
- Open Purchase History (the exact wording can vary by iOS version and region).
- Review the date, amount, and item name. Use the available date range or search controls to narrow a long list.
- Open the matching entry and save the order details before contacting support or requesting a refund.
The history is tied to the Apple account, not merely to the device. If you replaced the phone, sign in with the account that made the purchase and inspect its history. If several people use the device, check family-purchase arrangements and each relevant account. Do not create a new purchase just because the first transaction is not immediately visible; first establish whether it is pending, grouped with another charge, or recorded under a different account.
If nothing appears, check the other Apple accounts used on the device, family-purchase settings, and the email receipt sent by Apple. A bank statement can show a grouped or delayed Apple charge, so match the transaction date and amount rather than relying only on the text displayed by your bank. Do not share your Apple Account password, verification code, or full payment credentials with anyone claiming to investigate the charge.

- It can show whether the Apple account has a corresponding App Store transaction and the basic order information available to that account.
- It cannot establish that the game currently offers a subscription, that a charge was authorized by a particular person, or that a refund will be approved.
- It may list an item under a store descriptor or account name that differs from the wording shown inside the game.
A receipt is useful evidence, but it is not a guarantee that virtual content was delivered or that a refund qualifies. Keep the order number, date, amount, currency, and item description together. If you contact two support teams, provide the same details so they can identify one transaction instead of treating your messages as separate purchases.
If the transaction is not yours, secure the Apple Account, review family-sharing access, and use Apple’s account-support and billing channels rather than attempting to resolve an unknown charge through an in-game chat.
Check or cancel a Google Play renewal
Use this section only if your payment was processed by Google Play. The available evidence does not confirm that Solitaire Clash currently offers a subscription, so treat the instructions as conditional: if you have a Solitaire Clash subscription billed through Google Play, manage the renewal in Google Play’s subscription area.
- Open the Google Play Store with the Google account that made the purchase.
- Open the account menu and select the area labeled Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions (labels can vary by Android release and region).
- Select the Solitaire Clash entry if it appears.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
- Keep the confirmation screen or email and note the stated end date.
Google explicitly warns that uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription. Removing Solitaire Clash may delete the local app while leaving a renewal active. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal under the subscription’s terms; access can continue until the already-paid period ends. If no Solitaire Clash subscription appears, check other Google accounts and the original order receipt before concluding that no renewal exists.
Cancellation and refund are separate decisions. Canceling stops a future renewal according to the plan’s terms; it does not automatically return a payment that already posted. Conversely, requesting a refund does not replace the cancellation step when your goal is to prevent the next charge. Keep the cancellation confirmation in case the renewal status is later questioned.

Investigate a missing or unexpected Android purchase
For an Android charge, first determine whether Google Play completed the payment. Open Google Play’s order or purchase-history area for the account that may have paid and compare the order date, amount, and item with your bank or card statement.
- Confirm that the Google account shown in Play Store is the account used at checkout.
- Review the order or purchase record and look for a completed, pending, declined, or reversed status.
- Check the receipt email and the payment method’s statement for the same transaction.
- If the payment is pending or the item is missing, follow Google Play’s in-app-purchase troubleshooting prompts and wait for the status to resolve before repeating the purchase.
- If the store’s troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, contact Aviagames through an official support route and include the Google Play order identifier, purchase date, device, and a concise description. Do not send a password or complete card number.
A pending authorization is not the same as a completed purchase. Repeating the transaction while the first attempt is still processing can create confusion or a duplicate charge. Record the status exactly as Google displays it, including whether the payment was reversed or declined, and let the store’s troubleshooting process determine the next step.
Give the developer enough information to locate the transaction, but redact unrelated financial data. A developer may be able to investigate delivery of virtual content even when Google Play controls the payment record. Include the affected game account identifier only if the official support form requests it, and never send login credentials or one-time codes.
Requesting a refund: set realistic expectations
Refund handling is controlled by the platform that billed you. Google’s published policy says most Google Play purchases are not refunded by Google, and eligibility depends on the purchase details and timing. That is a general platform statement, not a Solitaire Clash refund promise. Apple and Google may require different account verification and order information.
There is no supported basis for quoting a guaranteed refund window, fixed dollar limit, or special Solitaire Clash exception here. Eligibility can depend on what was purchased, when the transaction occurred, the account history, and the explanation submitted. A free download also does not mean that every optional transaction is free or refundable.
For a Google Play purchase
- Locate the completed order in Google Play’s purchase history.
- Use Google Play’s refund or problem-reporting route associated with that order.
- Describe what happened accurately—for example, an unrecognized charge, duplicate transaction, or content not delivered—and submit the order identifier.
- Watch for the decision in the Google account email. Do not submit repeated requests for the same order while one is pending.
- If the store route does not resolve a delivery or account issue, contact the developer with the same order evidence.
Do not describe a pending authorization as a completed purchase, and do not promise yourself that a refund will be granted. Timing, purchase type, local consumer rules, account history, and the reason supplied can affect the result. If a request is denied, read the stated reason and follow any available account-support route rather than opening multiple duplicate claims.
For an Apple purchase
Use the Apple account’s purchase record to identify the transaction and follow the refund option Apple presents for that order or account. The exact controls can change by iOS version, country, and purchase type. Keep the order details and explain the issue plainly. A store receipt confirms the transaction; it does not guarantee approval.

If the charge is unauthorized, secure the account first and use Apple’s official billing and account-support channels. If the problem is missing virtual content, identify whether the Apple transaction completed and then provide the order details to Aviagames through an official support route if Apple’s troubleshooting does not resolve delivery. Do not ask an unofficial social-media account to process a refund.

Silencing alerts does not stop billing. A game can remain installed, muted, or unopened while a store-managed subscription renews. Conversely, canceling a renewal does not necessarily remove previously delivered content or stop ordinary app notifications. Handle each item independently:
- Notifications: change the operating system’s permission or category controls.
- Purchase identification: check the Apple or Google account that processed the payment.
- Recurring renewal: cancel it in the same store’s subscription manager.
- Refund: submit the store’s request for the specific completed order, then contact the developer if store troubleshooting cannot resolve delivery or account questions.
These actions may involve no separate fee, but the transaction itself, any applicable taxes, and the platform’s terms are account-specific. Do not buy a physical accessory, gift card, or replacement app to solve a notification or billing problem. The evidence supports software and account controls, not a product that performs these tasks for you.

Does turning off Solitaire Clash notifications cancel a purchase or subscription?

Why can’t I find Solitaire Clash in my notification list?
