Turn off Incognito in the YouTube mobile app

Open the YouTube app and tap your profile picture.

Tap Accounts at the top of the menu.

Tap Turn off Incognito.
YouTube says the app returns to the last account you used before turning Incognito on. Its mobile guidance also says an Incognito session ends after more than 90 minutes of inactivity and returns to that account. YouTube Help: Browse YouTube while incognito on mobile devices.

What happens when you use Incognito
The YouTube mobile app behaves as if you are signed out: subscriptions and watch history do not shape the experience, and activity during the session is not linked with your account. YouTube’s Privacy Policy still applies to data use. If you take an action that requires an account, YouTube may prompt you to sign in.
Turning off Incognito does not delete earlier searches
Incognito search history is not saved to your account, but turning off Incognito is not a way to erase searches already saved there. To review or remove saved searches on Android, open YouTube, tap your profile picture, choose Settings, then Manage all history. You can delete search history or pause its recording there. If you are using YouTube on a computer
The YouTube instructions cited here describe the mobile app, not a YouTube-specific desktop toggle. On a computer, distinguish the YouTube account from a private or Incognito window opened in your web browser: YouTube account sign-in and the browser’s private-window controls are separate. These instructions do not establish a desktop YouTube Incognito setting.
Do not remove your Google account to exit Incognito
Removing a Google account from an Android device is not the normal way to turn off YouTube Incognito. YouTube warns that doing so signs that account out of other Google apps on the device too. Use Turn off Incognito in the YouTube app instead. See YouTube Help: Sign in & out of YouTube – Android.
