How the Pipedrive–Clockify workflow works
Clockify documents a browser-extension workflow rather than a timer built into Pipedrive. The extension lets you start a timer from a Pipedrive activity, and Clockify says it picks up the activity name. You then review tracked time in Clockify reports. In practice, this separates the work into two places: the activity view in Pipedrive is where you start the timer, while Clockify is where you review the resulting time data. The cited instructions do not establish that tracked time is written back into Pipedrive.
Set up time tracking from a Pipedrive activity
- Create Clockify and Pipedrive accounts if you do not already have them.
- Install the Clockify browser extension for Chrome or Firefox.
- Enable the relevant extension settings, following Clockify’s current setup instructions.
- Open a Pipedrive activity and start the Clockify timer from that activity. Clockify says the activity name is picked up for the time entry.
- When you want to review the recorded work, open Clockify reports.
Extension options can change, so use Clockify’s linked instructions to confirm the current settings and steps for your browser.

Where to view tracked time and what Clockify reports
Clockify describes its Summary reports as a way to visualize tracked work and review hours by client, along with earnings, costs, and profit. These are Clockify-described reporting capabilities; the Pipedrive activity workflow does not mean that the reports are displayed inside Pipedrive.
Clockify extension versus Pipedrive Marketplace apps
Pipedrive has a separate process for finding and installing Marketplace apps. To browse it, go to Tools and apps > Marketplace apps > Explore marketplace, open an app’s information page, and select Install now. Installed apps are managed under Marketplace apps, where Pipedrive says users can access app information, permissions, onboarding guides, support details, settings, and uninstall options. That Marketplace flow is distinct from Clockify’s documented browser-extension setup. The cited sources do not establish that Clockify is currently listed in the Pipedrive Marketplace, so do not assume that installing it means adding a Marketplace app.

Pipedrive says it does not charge for Marketplace apps, but connected services may require a separate subscription.
