In Microsoft Edge, open the page you want, click FireShot’s toolbar button or menu, and choose its full-page or entire-page capture command. Review the result and save it in a format available in your installation. Choose “Capture entire Page,” not “Capture visible Area” or “Capture Selected area,” to include content below the fold. If you do not need FireShot-specific options, Edge also has a built-in full-page capture.

Choose the option that captures the entire page, including areas that are not visible until you scroll. Avoid “Capture visible Area,” which captures only the current view, and “Capture Selected area,” which captures a region you choose.

Review or edit the capture if the installed version offers those options, then save or export it in the desired available format.
FireShot’s Microsoft Edge Add-ons listing advertises PDF, PNG, and JPEG output. Its vendor usage guide describes a broader set—PDF, PNG, GIF, JPEG, and BMP. Because features and formats can vary by edition and version, use the options shown in your installed extension as the authority. Use Edge’s built-in full-page capture
For a straightforward screenshot without extension-specific editing or export needs, Edge’s built-in Web capture is a useful fallback. Microsoft’s instructions, published January 2, 2024, describe this route:

Fix common capture problems
The result shows only the visible screen
FireShot may have started in visible-area mode. Open its menu and explicitly choose the full-page or entire-page command, then capture again.

The file type you need is missing
Check the extension’s export menu and edition. The Edge Add-ons listing advertises PDF, PNG, and JPEG, while FireShot’s guide names GIF and BMP as well; those options are not guaranteed in every version or edition.
Full-page capture does not work on a particular page
Try Edge Web capture with Ctrl+Shift+S and Capture full page, or try FireShot if Edge’s result is not suitable. The available sources do not establish universal compatibility, so a different result on a particular page may require using the other method.
