In Chrome on Android, open the webpage, tap More (⋮) > Share > Long screenshot, adjust the crop handles, then tap Confirm. You can then save the image on your device or share it with the app you use to prepare your report.
Take a long screenshot from Chrome’s Share menu
- Open Chrome on your Android device and go to the webpage.
- Tap More (⋮) beside the address bar, then tap Share.
- Choose Long screenshot.
- Drag the crop handles to include the part of the page you need.
- Tap Confirm.
- Save the screenshot to your device or share it with a person or app.

Prepare the screenshot for a report
Set the crop to show the content your report refers to, along with useful context such as the page heading. After saving or sharing the image, inspect it at a readable size before adding it to the report. If text is too small or the relevant context is cut off, retake the screenshot with a better crop.

If Chrome’s Long screenshot option is missing
Try Android’s built-in scrolling screenshot, if your device offers it for the page:

- Take a screenshot using your device’s usual screenshot controls.
- Tap Capture more, if that control appears.
- Use the crop guides to include more of the page, then save or share the result.
Google’s Android instructions apply to Android 12 and up and say Capture more works on most screens that allow scrolling—not every screen. Google Android Help: Take a screenshot or record your screen on your Android device. If the system option is also unavailable, check your phone manufacturer’s instructions for its screenshot controls.
What to know about availability
Google’s published instructions explain the Chrome menu path and Android’s Capture more fallback, but do not give a complete compatibility list covering every device, Chrome version, or webpage type. The Chrome option may therefore not appear in every setup. Android’s fallback is separately limited to most scrollable screens on Android 12 and up.
