What an order-to-Notion sync should do

Before choosing a connector, establish whether it supports Notion directly, which order events it handles, whether it can update existing records, and what permissions and ongoing terms apply. Those details are not established by Shopify’s cited page.
Option 4: Build a custom API integration for specific logic
Shopify’s GraphQL Admin API provides access to store data including orders, while the Notion API lets teams build custom workflows. Together, they make a custom sync technically plausible when a team needs tailored field mapping or update rules.
