You can stream a Hindi video playlist to YouTube Live in 4K at 60 fps with an encoder or playback system that supports 2160p60, can repeat your files, and can send a sustained feed to YouTube. YouTube handles the live ingest; the software or hardware you choose controls playlist looping and transitions. What you need for a continuous 4K60 broadcast
Plan for three things: a playlist player that can repeat your Hindi videos, an encoder capable of 3840 × 2160 progressive video at 60 fps, and a reliable connection able to sustain the outgoing bitrate. YouTube accepts compatible encoder feeds, but it does not prescribe how to build or loop a playlist; those controls depend on the player, encoder, or managed service you use.

- Authorized media: Use video and audio you have the rights to broadcast, including applicable music rights.
- Playback and recovery: Check whether the chosen system can repeat the playlist, handle a missing or damaged file, and restart after an error.
- Encoding: Configure 2160p60, a supported codec, constant bitrate, and the recommended keyframe interval.
- Monitoring: Have a way to check the YouTube preview and stream health, and keep a local recording if you need a backup.
YouTube identifies Blackmagic Web Presenter 4K as hardware capable of direct streaming up to 2160p60, and lists Gyre for continuous streams at 4K 30/60 fps. Those listings establish that the products fit the topic; they do not establish current pricing, availability, or suitability for every setup. Check each product’s current documentation for playlist controls and operating limits.
Set the 4K60 encoder settings
YouTube’s English encoder-settings page lists RTMP/RTMPS ingest; H.264, H.265/HEVC, and AV1; frame rates up to 60 fps; constant bitrate (CBR); and a recommended 2-second keyframe interval, with a maximum of 4 seconds. For 2160p60, the table gives 10–40 Mbps for AV1 and H.265 and recommends 35 Mbps for H.264. These are codec-specific figures, not interchangeable universal settings. The page can vary by locale, so check the current table for your encoder and codec before going live.

- Resolution and frame rate: 3840 × 2160 progressive at 60 fps.
- Bitrate mode: CBR. Choose a rate your real upload connection can sustain, with room for normal variation; test on the network you will use for the broadcast.
- Keyframes: Set a 2-second interval and do not exceed 4 seconds.
- SDR: YouTube lists Rec. 709 and 8-bit.
- HDR: YouTube recommends H.265 and 10-bit; AV1 is not supported for HDR.
- Stereo audio: AAC or MP3 at 44.1 kHz. For 5.1 surround over RTMP/RTMPS, YouTube lists AAC at 48 kHz.
These settings are guidance for a compatible encoder, not a guarantee that a particular device supports every combination. YouTube transcodes incoming streams into multiple formats for viewers. At 4K, low latency is unavailable; the stream uses normal latency.
Set up the playlist and start the YouTube stream
- Check channel eligibility. YouTube’s current eligibility guidance requires a verified channel, no live-stream restriction in the previous 90 days, and meeting its age requirement. First-time activation of live streaming can take up to 24 hours, so do not leave this until broadcast day.
- Create or schedule the stream. In YouTube Studio, open the Live Control Room and create or schedule an encoder stream. Copy the server URL and stream key into your encoder. A custom stream key can be reused. Treat the key like a password; reset it if it is exposed.
- Load and check authorized files. Add the Hindi videos and audio to the chosen playback system. Select its repeat or loop option, then check how it handles transitions, file errors, and restarts. The exact controls are product-specific; YouTube does not provide universal playlist-looping steps.
- Configure the output. Set 2160p60 and the supported codec, bitrate, audio format, and keyframe interval. Confirm that your upload capacity can sustain the total outgoing bitrate and test it on the actual network.
- Start the encoder and inspect the preview. Send the feed ahead of the scheduled time. Check the video, audio, and YouTube stream health; for a scheduled workflow, click Go live in Live Control Room when the preview is ready and the event requires it.
- Monitor the broadcast. Watch stream health and playlist playback while it runs. Keep a local recording if you need an independent copy.
YouTube recommends setting up an encoder at least two hours before an event and starting it at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start. These are useful test and launch intervals, not a guarantee of uninterrupted 24/7 operation.

Plan session length if you need a YouTube replay
YouTube’s archive guidance says a stream under 12 hours can be automatically archived; a stream over 12 hours may not be captured at all. DVR can also be limited or unavailable for streams longer than 12 hours. If an automatic replay matters, end and restart sessions before they reach 12 hours, and keep a local recording as a fallback. A long-running playlist and a single uninterrupted YouTube session are not the same thing.

Clear rights and understand monetization risk
You need all required rights for both video and audio, including applicable music licensing. YouTube scans live streams for third-party matches and may replace a stream with a placeholder, interrupt it, or terminate it. Even licensed third-party content can be interrupted if the rights owner has not allowlisted your channel through Content ID. Resolve permissions and any needed allowlisting before broadcasting.

YouTube’s monetization policy says monetized content should be original and authentic. Its July 15, 2025 clarification renamed the former repetitious-content policy as inauthentic-content guidance and says repetitive or mass-produced material can be ineligible. That does not mean every looped playlist is automatically disallowed, but a minimally varied or mass-produced stream presents monetization risk. Technical ability to stream does not establish eligibility to earn ad revenue.

Troubleshoot common 4K60 live-stream problems
- YouTube does not show the incoming feed: Recheck that the encoder has the correct server URL and stream key, and that the channel is eligible for live streaming. If this is the first activation, allow up to 24 hours.
- The stream drops or becomes unstable: Compare actual upload capacity with the configured outgoing bitrate, then test at a rate the connection can sustain. Check encoder and network health; do not assume the bitrate recommendation will fit every connection.
- The stream is not 4K or 60 fps: Verify the encoder output is set to 3840 × 2160 progressive at 60 fps and that the selected codec and hardware support the combination. YouTube transcodes the incoming stream, so viewer playback formats may vary.
- The playlist stops or has gaps: Check the player’s repeat setting, file readability, transition behavior, and error/restart controls. These settings are product-specific rather than YouTube Live settings.
- YouTube interrupts the stream: Check for copyright or Content ID matches. Confirm rights for all video and audio, and resolve any required channel allowlisting with the rights owner.
- No automatic replay appears: Check the session duration. A stream longer than 12 hours may not be captured; use sessions under 12 hours when an automatic archive matters and retain a local recording.
