What charge level should a Ryobi battery have in storage?

RYOBI UK advises checking stored batteries every few months and specifically says to check them every 2–3 months during winter. Charging temperature depends on the model
RYOBI UK’s FAQ says lithium-ion batteries need an ambient temperature of at least 10°C for optimum operation. Separately, a 2016 RYOBI Europe catalogue lists a 0–50°C charging range for particular legacy 18V charger models. That older range is not current universal guidance for all batteries or chargers. - Open RYOBI Tools US Support and enter the model number to look up manuals and product support information.
- Check the battery and charger instructions together, especially for storage charge level, charging temperature and what to do when charging is complete.
