You can sign up for Marshalls.com emails in your account’s Email Preferences; for a particular item at a local store, Marshalls recommends checking the website or contacting that store.
Sign up for Marshalls’ general email updates
- Go to Marshalls.com and select My Account. Create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in to an existing account. The official login page also offers account signup: Log In – Marshalls.
- In your account, open Email Preferences and sign up for Marshalls.com emails. Marshalls describes these as general messages about new fashion arrivals, trends, and offers, and its account guide refers to New Arrivals Alerts. See My Account and Email Preferences.
- To change the email address receiving these messages, update it under My Profile. To stop the messages, use Email Preferences to unsubscribe.
These are general updates, not a documented alert tied to an individual product. Marshalls’ cited account and email guidance does not explain a product-specific back-in-stock subscription or promise that a particular item will trigger an email.
